  “Prices were great. Food was amazing. Atmosphere was wonderful but the highlight of my evening was the service. Our server James was so polite and extremely helpful. He took the time to go though the entire menu with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Couldn't have asked anything more from a server.”

  “My boyfriend and I were just delighted by the exceptional service and kindness from all the staff. We were out celebrating his birthday and everything from start to finish was incredible. The drinks were amazing and not to mention the lovely girl who brought me a complimentary drink. The best steak either of us have ever tried and including the sides it was delicious. Could not recommend this place enough, we will most definitely be back!”

  “We had a very mixed experience here. The food was amazing - the steaks were cooked how we liked, the halloumi fries were amazing and we throroughly enjoyed the rest of our meal. There was a blonde lady, who we thought was the manager, who was lovely and very accommodating. However the rest of the service and the atmosphere completely let it down. During our meal we could see the staff behind the bar messing around loudly to the point it was distracting throughout the meal - granted we were sat close to the bar so hearing some of this was inevitable, but there seemed to be no awareness of this. Two members of staff started spraying each other with spray bottles in full view of the restaurant, which lead to one of the waitresses running outside the restaurant laughing and jeering at the other staff member from outside. The same waitress started filling her vape in the middle of the restaurant. A younger waitress serving our food barely spoke a word other than ‘halloumi’ or ‘rare’ before dropping the plates onto the table and walking off without another word. When I went to pay it felt staff swarmed me, which I thought was friendly, until it felt they were all watching me having to select a tipping amount on the card machine - this felt intimidating as I *reluctantly* selected 10% due to the fact there was nearly 10 people seemingly watching me do this. I believe they tried to rebuild bridges as I went to pay as it felt they were aware I was unhappy with them messing around while we tried to enjoy our meal. Spending over £100 on a meal for 2 people is expensive for a student. This meal was supposed to be a birthday dinner at somewhere I thought would have a good atmosphere and good service, after all it’s what you expect somewhere that is marketed as a nice location to have a celebratory dinner - instead we both walked out and spoke about how disappointed we were in the professionalism and the lack of respect it felt they had for paying customers. I’ve genuinely seen staff at McDonald’s show more professionalism for a meal that would have cost a fraction of the price. Safe to say we won’t be coming back”

  “Superb visit from start to finish. Bradley looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Food , drinks and service were fantastic. Best steaks we've had for a very long time. Would highly recommend and would defo go back again.”

  “This place for food is 1st class. Ribeye and the salt and chili chicken starter was as tasty as you'll get. Sticky toffee pudding was hard to beat too. Oh and the cocktails were fabulous 👌. Will definitely be back soon and highly recommend”

  “Absolutely fantastic from start to finish food was absolutely delicious, customer service outstanding, the server was very welcoming and helpful throughout! Had the Wagyu show stopper with the 24ct gold 8oz fillet steak. Cooked to perfection! Autism Friendly Resteraunt. Highly recommend!”

  “Top Blade was top nosh. Had fabulous meal in this great restaurant. Everything was spot on, great service, great food and great drinks. Highly recommend the 12oz Fillet and 16oz T- Bone. Both were cooked exactly as requested and when accompanied by the tasty sides, made it a memorable meal. Special mention to Monika who looked after us - what a great asset to this restaurant. She was so pleasant and helpful and took an interest in her guests.”
