Customer Review Summary
The recurring complaint is volume and pace. Several say the live music was too loud for proper conversation, and a few mention food arriving late, with one describing a wait of 40 plus minutes while later arrivals were served first. One finds the cocktails slightly overpriced. Walk-ins describe being put on a list and seated about half an hour later, and one notes the waiting time can be tracked online.

“Cool, quirky, little place in a good location. The vibe is nice and the food is always good quality. My mum said it might just be the best burger she's ever had when she had the Cannae Bear burger. The sticky toffee pudding is also probably the best sticky toffee pudding that I've had. Although I think it took maybe 40+ minutes for the food to arrive even though others who came in after us received their food earlier. Cocktails are also slightly overpriced at £13. The only minor issue for me is that maybe the music is a bit too loud to have a proper conversation.”

“Both Barkeepers can mix so good, I could keep ordering just to watch them make the drinks :-D The pub looks incredibly sweet inside and I loved the playlist! Thanks for the good time!”

“Best Gluten free (Coeliac friendly) burger I've ever had. The GF bun looked nicer than the gluten one. Burger was amazing. They don't have a GF menu but the staff are knowledgeable and have a separate fryer for the chips.”
