Customer Review Summary
Lamb draws the most praise, from juicy, tender lamb chops and the Lamb Sarma Beyti to soft lamb and chicken shish, with generous portions mentioned repeatedly. Close behind, the Vegetarian Beyti is called a showstopper, and diners also name creamy hummus, falafel, the four-cheese pastry and cocktails such as the Tropical Temptation, Strawberry Spritz and Pina Colada. Complimentary bread or tomato flatbread arrives as a starter. Service is described as attentive and non intrusive, even on a busy Valentine's night, and several visits were birthdays or anniversaries. The room is called bright, spacious and beautiful, with a live singer and DJ, though one diner finds it a little loud. Complaints are few but specific. One reviewer calls the food pricey and says a service charge was added to the bill without advance notice, and another finds the chilli sauce not spicy compared with other Turkish restaurants. When one birthday diner's beef rib arrived warm, a server quickly sorted it and brought a free strawberry mojito.

“Dined at The Eyna for my son's birthday. We were served by H who was very polite and smiled throughout. She was very attentive to all of us especially the birthday boy. I had beed rib with mashed potato and vegetables. It was well cooked and tender. I had a Strawberry Mojito mocktail and loved it. My food was warm when it arrived and H quickly sorted it and gave me another free strawberry mojito. Venue is beautiful, spacious and sytlish.”

“We recently visited The Eyna as a group of four and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, bright, spacious, and beautifully designed, with several Instagram-worthy photographic corners. The seating is comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends and family. We started with a selection of drinks, and they were outstanding. The Tropical Temptation was bursting with refreshing guava and pineapple flavours, while the Strawberry Spritz was light, vibrant, and incredibly refreshing. All were beautifully presented and complemented the meal perfectly. For starters, we enjoyed the mixed olives, hummus, four-cheese pastry, and falafel. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared. The hummus was creamy, the four-cheese pastry was rich and indulgent, and the falafel had the perfect crispy exterior with a soft, delicious centre. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was the complimentary freshly baked bread served with a variety of dips while waiting for the main courses. It's a lovely gesture that immediately makes you feel welcomed. The real showstopper of the evening was the Vegetarian Beyti. The presentation was stunning, and the flavours were exceptional. The portion size was very generous, and it was accompanied by delicious rice and a fresh salad that perfectly balanced the dish. We also tried the Mixed Vegetarian Casserole, which was hearty, comforting, and packed with flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and prompt throughout our visit, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Another bonus is the ample parking available, making the restaurant very convenient to visit. Overall, The Eyna delivers authentic Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, excellent service, generous portions, and a beautiful dining environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended and definitely a must-try!”

“I took my cousin here last night for her early birthday meal and it was an amazing experience. The food was amazing every dish was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. Our waitress Hilal was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down she was so attentive and made the evening truly special. The highlight of our night was when she brought out my cousins dessert on a slate board it said happy birthday with a huge sparkler. Between the incredible food and the lovely service, it was the most perfect place to come for a birthday. We will definitely be back. But honestly a huge thank you to Hilal for making us have the best night such a lovely lady.”
