  “We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, and Patricia made it even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her excellent service made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Patricia, for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!”

  “It’s really well decorated but I won’t be rushing back here . The food was average at best and the service was poor. Took nearly 10 mins to be seating/spoken with on arrival. The staff see you there yet don’t acknowledge you. Eventually, we got a table and it took another 10 mins to be asked what drinks we wanted. By then we knew what food we wanted. The starters came ages before the drink and the main took an ages to arrive. We never got out until late. It never felt like a happy vibe or a welcoming place. It’s a shame as I seen they have some nice reviews here: maybe they were having an off day.”

  “Super grateful to Patricia who was amazing on our visit last night. The restaurant was full to the brim and she squeezed us in by letting us grab a seat at the bar and order food. Even with being so we received such a great service for a number of the team over the evening and Patricia even checked in to make sure we was comfortable where we were sitting, she even offered to move us as soon as she could but we were more than comfortable where we were. Super grateful for another lovely dinner at Bella Italia ❤️”

  “had a great time with my family. i ordered the signature carbonara which had pork belly on top with parmesan sprinkled. the pork belly was delicious it literally melted in my mouth it was perfectly cooked, the bacon was great and you can’t go wrong with the creamy carbonara sauce!! we had our food served in record time even for a busy night which i was pleased with. the staff were very friendly. 10/10”

  “Ate here recently and had a really enjoyable experience. The menu had a good range of options and everything we ordered was fresh and well presented. Portions were satisfying without feeling heavy, and the flavours were well balanced. Staff were attentive and friendly without hovering, and service was nicely paced. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable which made it easy to stay and enjoy the meal. Overall good value for money and somewhere I’d happily return to.”

  “Went to Bella Italia tonight with a couple of my girlfriends and we had such a lovely time. I’ve got to say the manager‘s name who was Patricia her service was great. We also took advantage of the £5 menu. I would definitely recommend the Pollo Cacciatore and I also had a side of the mini split Mac and cheese. A lovely atmosphere friendly family vibes will be coming back.”

  “Beautiful food, with a super relaxing atmosphere, and extremely friendly and professional staff! I felt like my anxiety lifted walking in, I hate extreme busy social places. The floor staff were so lovely and kind, very friendly and I love that they really fit the bill working here. The perfect place to enjoy a nice malbec after work with friends or a day date on a day off with the Mr. The tables were clean, floors clean, and well presented. The food was absolutely delicious, Prawns for starters were 5* I highly recommend the special Spaghetti Bolognese, or the ribs for mains. Don't forget to grab a glass of passion star martini 😉 Definitely worth coming along!”

  “Our visit today was a walk-in on a Thurs eve during half term. The front of house staff were very accommodating. Showed us to our booth which was comfortable - however it was cold! I would request next time not to sit there. We were served quickly, helped with our menu choices and our food arrived very quickly and hot! All delicious plates served my our lovely server for the evening. Would highly recommend and will be back! In warmer seats ;-)”

  “Just had lunch here as an early Mothers Day treat. We were seated quickly. Restaurant was clean and our server Leanne was very helpful. Our drinks order was taken and received shortly afterwards, same with our food order. All the food tasted amazing, absolutely delicious! We will definitely come back here again in the future!”
