  “I’d been recommended the Ginger Panda and so ordered on Foodhub, delivery was estimated for 60 minutes. After 65 minutes, I called Ginger Panda and was told that the order had just left the shop. After another 30 minutes, I called again and was told that they hadn’t actually even prepared my order and admitted that she had lied the first time I had called. Really really disappointed and will not be trying again.”

  “very nice service, employees all very polite and professional the food is always well cooked and very delicious favourite place to eat for a takeaway the atmosphere is very nice and it’s all over a great place to eat”

  “We went down to Barry for the day and tried this takeaway. Wonderful staff here and amazing food. Our favourites must have been the black bean chicken, oyster chicken, and house special fu yung. Will come back here next time we’re in Barry”

  “Food came an hour after the hour slot so 2 hours when we ordered when they opened. The food was freezing cold when came complained to food hub and told restraunt said tough and no refund and the live chat person said they didn’t care and hung up. Won’t order ever again, if you want to reheat Chinese and have service like that then be my guest. Bunch of jokers”

  “Food was excellent and piping hot. Paid for too much food we had the food we ordered but far too much went through the till! What normally cost £32 actually cost this time £46 our fault should of checked the order”

  “This used to be our go to Chinese... Atleast weekly... for over a year! NEVER EVER AGAIN ordered our usual including a chicken curry. What arrived can only be explained as a broth of curry coloured water, a few mushrooms, few carrots and a cube of chicken. Phoned to say wasn't happy (have never had to complain before) and was told they were happy with what they had sent out. We sent a video of the pot that was sent and even the lady on the phone (Rachael) said "oh christ that's awful" and said she would speak to the manager/chef. She spoke to them and their response was "tough, not sending anymore out and you must have eaten the chicken"!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service, even the lady on the phone was embarrassed at how awful they were, said they have had lots of complaints recently. Only good thing going for them was Rachael who was the poor middleman dealing with this. Never ever thought I'd post this but AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Video posted to FB page of the disgusting slop they sent out.”

  “We ordered food last night, now have to give them a 4 star on the food it was stunning, although not has hot as usual. We called at 6:55 and placed our order in which we were told there would be a 40 minute wait which to me is reasonable. We then called at 8:05 as still no sign of our food, lady was lovely and apologised and said the driver had left with the order so would be with us shortly. Got to 8:30 still no sign, we only live in rhoose so doesn’t take over 30 mins to deliver here, unless obviously driver has other orders which we kept in mind. Food did not arrive until 9:20, which is over a 2 hour wait although we were told 40 mins. Food was lukewarm. We then ate and went to bed. 10:51pm, my phone starts ringing, and repeatedly for the next 10 minutes, over 15 missed calls from 3 different mobile numbers so I answered and they said it’s Ginger Panda they’ve “knocked the door with my order and no answer” I explained already received so asked for what address it was, not even my address they said they had my number down for 3 different addresses, none of which was my address, I told them not to ring my number again, and they still kept ringing. Abysmal service and very rude on the phone to me.”

  “We ordered on a Sunday evening, food arrived quicker than they said which was great. I ordered chicken Satay & spring roll, my partner had duck with a spring roll. I’ve never seen such a runny satay sauce and it didn’t taste like satay either, also, the spring roll was awful, we both agreed on that. Later that night I got sick and was very very sick for 4 days! We will not order there again”
