  “Great restaurant. We ate outside. Perfect location. Quiet and easy to talk. The coffee and desserts are delicious. I had a Flat White and a piece Carrot Cake… and a Fruity Flapjack. Friendly service. Highly recommended!”

  “We had one drink in this restaurant before playing darts a few doors along in The Light. The Lounge is next to the canal. The drinks were a reasonable price and the outside area was small but ok.”

  “Pinto Lounge is always a good place to eat in Banbury, consistently good food and service. There tapas deal on a Tuesday is well worth the outing. Really nice place for a date night but not spend too much money”

  “The atmosphere of the place is quite pleasant, creating a welcoming environment, and ordering directly from the table is very convenient. However, the food we ordered did not quite meet our expectations in terms of quality and taste. On the bright side, the coffee they serve is excellent, with rich flavor and perfect aroma.”

  “Didn't eat on this visit, (10/01/26). Had a cappuccino, and my nephew had a hot chocolate. Not as pleasant service compared with other loungers. Hopefully, a revisit will lead to a more positive edit.”

  “The old pinto lounge got a 5 star review. It was a lovely place to take the family, always welcomed and treated well. The new pinto lounge greeting was rushed. The tea pot arrived cold. The asian chicken was cooked in old batter mix, the lounge burger was bland, the portions, for the prices were questionable. The atmosphere was incredibly noisy. Will miss the old place.”

  “Update, I must have come the first time on a bad day, I’ve been twice since, and the food is fantastic. Nice clean and well presented place, with a good atmosphere. I had a full English breakfast, which was ok, I’ve had better, I’ve have had worse. It was well presented, slightly disappointing by the black pudding, as I was given an end of the pudding, so it was hard and chewy. It’s self service, you order via a barcode or at the bar, and the staff bring you your food or drink. Not a fan of this, I prefer a traditional approach to service, but I appreciate that’s the approach some businesses want to take in this modern age of limited social interaction.”

  “Damn good food, perfectly spiced and not too many things in the bowl to overwhelm. I’ve had many brunch bowls and I must say this one was so good. The staff are lovely, they came by and have my dog a bowl of water and some treats as well. Definitely coming back! Oh and did I mention it is dog friendly?”
