  “Birthday dinner, last night the service was second to none I had the steak special, my wife had a fabulous burger. I wish I had said at the time, my steak was so very over salted, that l took most of it home in an effort to remove some of the salt content. Overall a very enjoyable evening and we will return.”

  “We went here on 14th November 2025. I had Scallops and my wife had Beetroot Arancini. For our main we had the Chateaubriand with Fries and Onion Rings, pink pepper sauce and prawns in garlic butter. THIS WAS PROBABLY THE BEST STEAK MEAL WE HAVE EVER HAD! KUDOS TO THE CHEFS! The atmosphere in here is very relaxed and the service from all, especially Brogan and Jessica, was impeccable, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great night, and we did, so thank you to them. Question!! Why don't you have a proper website where I can scan all the menus???”

  “We go here at least once a year, typically for my wife’s birthday but also go various other times. We have always loved this place, expensive, but worth it!! Our most recent visit was unfortunately less than the usual quality. Our shared chateaubriand was good, meat got cold quite fast. The chunky fries dipped in the peppercorn sauce were mind blowing. And for us we usually describe the deserts as “sublime” it’s usually a 5 star visit for us. The soufflé are usually out of this world… this time we waited an extra long time for this pumpkin spiced version, I had the carrot cake, both were a huge let down, the carrot cake was like a vanilla sponge, with tiny flecks of carrot through it and it was bone dry. The soufflé had no hint of pumpkin spice, the egg taste overpowered everything. My biggest apology to Drunken Coo for not having given previous 5 star reviews as they were justified!! But I’m on a review session tonight and decided to add this one! Sorry guys but it was a let down this time and my wife requested to change her annual birthday dinner to somewhere else from now on. Not saying we don’t be back, just not for such a special occasion.”
