“Visited with the grandkids, ordered at the table and arrived promptly within about 5 mins. Food was hot and tasty, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was kept clean and the waste bins were emptied regularly.”

“Food was actually okay. However Lexi was assigned to the driveway and seemed to be having some sort of breakdown, was arguing with my 10 year old who was sat in the back - have no idea what the actual issue was but I dont feel this branch is very kid friendly.”

“this place is absolutely horrid, i had multiple issues with this certain McDonalds to a point i realised its not just a few human mistake being made amongst a lot of rushing around ect but it is just complete and utter carelessness and laziness. How they pick the staff is clearly not with care!! I stopped going here for multiple reasons from cold food to missing food and that the food always leaves a bleach like aftertaste Well anyway tonight i ordered off the McDonald’s app and wasn’t aware it went directly to this McDonalds- well my food came once again absolutely stone cold , missing half my order , tasting like cleaning products and no instructions followed!!! absolutely disgusting place the staff need replacing they’re all incompetent clearly.”

“Ordered their new Cadbury Mini Eggs Mcflurry, which looks great on the adverts, posters, social media etc.... but what you get is completely the opposite. Chocolate dust instead of mini egg pieces and no chocolate sauce. Complete rip off. * See the attached images of what's advertised and what you actually receive.”

“Went in to buy a latte. Ordering via the kiosk was relatively straightforward. Typically I'd be waiting a while to receive my drinks after ordering. On this occasion though they were very quick. All in all the service and quality of the drink were good. Thanks.”

“Hate to leave a bad review but I had a bad experience here on Tuesday. Had to wait 15 minutes to be served my food and that's only because I asked where it was, then when I got it the Chicken Big Mac bun was burnt and the burger was cold and dry and not enjoyable to eat at all. This store can definitely do better.”
