  “I have been a customer for years normally go to the one on rochdale road but I thought I would try this one @ ancoats as I was passing with my kids. Ordered 3 boxes £60 what a waste of money the chicken was dry the chips were hard & dry the only good thing were the honey glazed carrots. My daughter had the same as me and said exactly the same thing. My other daughter got a steak fuel wrap, she said the steak was over cooked and chewy and she left it. You have lost a good customer won’t be returning! It’s a rip off, don’t mind waiting 20 mins or paying for good food but the food is shocking at this branch please don’t waste your money!”

  “The food was a complete rip off and looked nothing like the pictures. I was looking forward to some healthy chicken on a bed of aromatic rice. Instead, I got cold tasteless takeaway style chicken strips on a bed of what tasted like pvc plastic. A total rip off for £15, dear enough to ruin an entire weekend. Avoid this place at all cost! If it’s the only place open and you’re hungry, starve!”

  “This place is outstanding very clean inside... very friendly staff even brought my food to the car as I waited outside. Food cooked to order and was more than accommodating when I wanted to add something not actually on the menu! Fantastic place i would 100% recommend you will not be disappointed..”

  “Food was way too oily and my food was over cooked, the fries had look almost burnt and my steak was well done whereas my mates were all medium rare. Staff working wasn’t really paying attention and was just faffing about on her phone the whole time. Ate the food and threw it back up, oil content had knocked me sick. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!”

  “I’ve been a fresh fuel customer for years my first time trying this new location waited about 30 mins which is no problem and paid £21.50 I don’t mind spending good money and waiting as long as food is good steak was basically well done was basically a tyre and the chicken was dry had no flavour this has been my same order for years at the original spot apart from the new salad was wounded as I’ve been looking forward to having my usual I hope it’s a one off as I’ve been a fan of this brand for years but todays experience has left a bitter taste and a hungry belly as I threw the rest away”

  “Never disappointed after a fresh fuel bar 😋 The jerk sauce on the steak is just delicious, & the Cajun prawns are something else!! There is abit of a wait but you can expect that when your food is cooked fresh. It would be handy to introduce a buzzer service for people that would prefer to wait in their car etc. we visit a taco van that offers this and it’s great! Wish we had one closer to home as we’d be here all the time”

  “Ordered on Deliveroo, absolutely criminal what was delivered genuinely. £25 for this and they forgot sauce. Overpriced and dry too, criminal this. They should open a panini shop since they like to cook the food into the equator. If this is fuel it’s fuel to send you to the toilet. Terrible.”

  “The inside is amazing, bit small, but well designed. I missed seeing at least a small part of the kitchen, because it's upstairs. Ordered the classic beef burger, which was bit of a letdown. The patty does not tasted fresh, and was hard to chew.”
