  “absolutely disgusted. Found a bug in my burger and immediately rang the store. Service was horrible. We asked for a replacement to be delivered to us and they refused. They kept talking about how it’s not their fault they never have this issue and no help.”

  “I never leave reviews but I had to warn the people of this bad food. I ordered it from just eat and it said it would come but after 30 min it comes back and the food like the peri peri chicken burger wasn’t even peri peri chicken and was covered in sauce . Then the Tara bubble tea was so bad like I asked for extra sugar and there’s no sugar at all .”

  “The chicken smelled and tasted off, and I did not feel it was safe to eat. When I contacted the shop, I was simply told it was freshly cooked in fresh oil, despite the quality suggesting otherwise. Very disappointing experience. It all went in the bin the chicken in the picture was literally not touched by us that is exactly the way it arrived and it’s absolutely disgusting, doesn’t take a genius to tell just by looking at the picture that it was definately not freshly cooked and has been lying around in the heat for a couple of hours if not days and re-fried.”

  “Very disappointing experience today. Another driver was waiting for his order and politely asked the manager if it was ready, as there had already been a delay. The manager was chatting with a colleague and, instead of responding professionally, told the driver to come back in 10 minutes and stated that even if the order was ready, he was not going to hand it over. The lack of courtesy and professionalism shown today reflects very poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.”

  “Been using this place since it’s opened . When we go in to eat everything is absolutely great. But delivery service is so poor. God knows how many times I’ve had deliveries from there and always something missing or wrong. If u can’t be bothered with deliveries then don’t do it it’s that simple. I’ve had milkshakes missing so I rang they say oh we made it it’s in the bag ring the driver ? Dude I don’t have drivers number to ring. I put a note they completely ignored the note it’s for the kids so what do I have to do go to another place to get what the kids asked for. That’s just ignorant”

  “Absolutely horrible people!! My 4 year old daughter desperately needed the toilet and they refused even though I pleaded with them! They seemed very arrogant and didn’t want my custom in the future. Thankyou to next door Havana who let her use their facilities.”

  “Gave us raw chicken and when we called and told them to change it they go they cant do anything about it. We spoke to the manager he goes don’t order from here again we will give you refund. What sort of disgusting service is this. Never ordering from here ever again. AVOID.”

  “I don’t know what these guys are doing. Clearly they have no structure because I’ve seen them get stressed out over a single order. Went to pickup a delivery and you see them losing their minds on uber just eat and delivery drivers. They have a job to do and I’ve seen a driver stand there for over 10 minutes. And he asked nicely as well after 10 minutes, how long do you expect him to wait? Literally the meathead told him to wait and be polite. Bruh, you don’t know what polite and patience is cause that driver did everything correctly. He waited for so long. 😂😂😂 try to figure out what manners are before telling others.”

  “I rarely leave reviews, but this was such a shockingly bad experience that it genuinely needs to be said. I found a hair embedded in my food. Not sitting on top—actually mixed in. It was revolting, completely killed my appetite, and frankly made me question what on earth is going on in that kitchen. Hygiene clearly isn’t being taken seriously, which is the absolute bare minimum for any place serving food. Thinking this might be a one-off mistake, I called to let them know. That was a mistake in itself. The manager on the phone was unbelievably rude—dismissive, impatient, and borderline hostile. No apology, no concern, no accountability. Just attitude, as if I was inconveniencing them by pointing out something completely unacceptable. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the disgraceful customer service, this was hands down one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before ordering. There are plenty of places that actually respect their customers and maintain basic standards—this clearly isn’t one of them.”

  “Today I landed to VIRGINIA Fried Chicken I got three-piece chicken and chips spicy two ties and one chicken breast then I was waiting for my order then I received my food after 5 minutes then I always ask for a bag once I finish then I can put the rubbish in the bag, I ask the person to give me the bag I used my manners as always he was very rude and ignorant he didn't give the food bag to put my rubbish in its the person I took the photo of the person then you know who is it then my food was going everywhere you can see the pictures. They doesn't care about atmosphere or customer service I had bad experiences bad service I don't recommend anyone going here they charge you for sources.”
