Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the fresh, crispy chicken, with the wings and the Tower chicken burger named most specifically. One reviewer calls the Tower burger the best takeaway-style burger in a long while, another praises the peri peri wings with extra hot sauce, and a third points to the spicy chips. Several say the spice level was perfect or well balanced. Close behind is the friendly, helpful staff, with a few describing an instant warm welcome and a server who asks about their day. Prices and generous portions come up repeatedly as good value, and one reviewer prefers the place to the KFC in Amersham. The one mixed review says the wings were good but the burger was only okay, and the fries arrived soggy without the peri peri salt that was requested. Others describe the chicken and chips as always crunchy and fresh, and one says the staff added a few extras for their table.
