“Nice hotel I walking distance to the castle. Room was nice and clean but hot and temperature control is bad. Service and food at restaurant was all reasonable. Just don't get the king shrimp, really expensive for something like 3 shrimp. Everything else was fine.”

“We booked 2 nights but unfortunately due to a family emergency we gad to leave after just one night. That said we found the accommodation excellent, very clean and everything you would need. Was very impressed with the room ceiling light which also had an inbuilt fan. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Nice beer garden, weather was nice so we enjoyed a drink in the sunshine. Location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to Alnwick center and a further 5 mins to the wonderful Alnwick castle. Was looking forward to 2nd night but unfortunately this didn't happen. Would recommend.”

“Walkable location to everywhere in town. Nice big family room. Food looked beautiful but unfortunately didn't get to sample. Nice drinks, nice selection of beers and cider. Would definitely come back to visit Amble and Bamburgh and Warkworth. Alnwick is a lovely place. An authentic beautiful and old but very much living town.”
