Customer Review Summary

Reviewers mostly praise the food and the waiting staff, with one server described as patient and kind during a family meal where ordering was difficult. The brownie was called maybe the best one child had ever had. Against that, one table found the tiramisu watery and thin, not thick and creamy, and a Uber Eats Pollo della casa arrived bland. One booking note about a birthday cake went unanswered.

  • Lucas
“Ordered the Pollo della casa through ubereats and I find it extremely disappointing that it ended up very bland as ive been to the restaurant before and the food was very good.”
  • Tania Delohery-Duffy
“Overall, we had a lovely family meal and the food was delicious. We were served by Maria who was an exceptional lady. I'm always wary of going out for a meal with the whole family because we're quite neurodiverse and ordering can be difficult, but Maria was the most wonderful, funny, kind and patient waitress I think I've ever met. It would have been 5 stars, however when booking online I had put in the notes box that it was my son's 18th birthday and could someone please let me know if there was a cake or something special I could buy extra to mark the occasion and I was ignored. No one contacted me. Also, the tiramisu was very disappointing. One of the worst I've had from an Italian and the 3 others in our group that had it, said the same thing. Tiramisu is supposed to have a thick creamy texture, but ours was almost a sort of thing watery thin texture and I felt my money very much wasted. However, one of my children had the brownie and he said it's maybe the best he's ever had. EVERYthing else was exceptional though! Thank you.”
