  “In the afternoon, I went to try the chocolate egg waffle. It tasted almost like the original flavour, and the chocolate flavour was not strong. Even though there was no one in the shop, the staff told me that all the seats were reserved, so I had to find somewhere else to eat. Overall, I was a little disappointed. But the egg waffle was freshly made and smelled good.”

  “My daughter and I visited Angelababy Kitchen today, and we had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the desserts were incredible—the perfect way to finish the meal. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. The service was also very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!”

  “In a small sector of St Nick's market is home to a tiny Hong Kong stall serving extremely affordable and most importantly delicious food. The setup is simple, you can eat alone or bring friends, and the service feels exactly like back home small chat if you want it, otherwise quick, efficient, and straight to the point. I came in multiple times today, first before work at 9 for a small plate of sui mai and Hong Kong milk tea, and I liked it so much I returned an hour later for another. The owner greeted me with a free cup of their dessert, the first of several small acts of kindness. After my shift I wanted to tread deeper into their menu and tried their mapo tofu, one of my favourite comfort meals. I gave them a small takeaway from my workplace after paying as I didn't want them to give the meal for free and they responded by giving me a free milk tea and more sui mai, which I felt a bit guilty for. The owner brought the seasonings straight to the stall I was sat at, almost like tradition back home. Every bite from the steamed rice to the pickled veggies hidden beneath the tofu had a comfortably warm feeling. The ambience is nice, a contrast to how chaotic the main St Nick's stall are or the bustling pubs on King Street, the stall situated in-between both. Only a few spoonfuls in did I realise the mapo tofu was vegetarian, the mince replaced with mushrooms. My only complaint was that I wish it wasn't at the same standard of mapo tofu with meat. It was very THAT nice. I hope this small stall gets the spotlight they deserve with Bristol food bloggers and avid Bristol locals in the near future. As this place ticked a lot of boxes for me to the point I am writing my first Google review.”

  “Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the dishes in the window of Angelababy; the actual portions are big. We had Char Siu, Egg and Rice, Chicken Thigh and Onion, and Spicy Cucumber Salad. All were delicious.”

  “Fantastic place for delicious food that's great value. Well worth a stop if you're in the area around lunchtime. I ordered their curry beef brisket and it took me back to HK. Portion was very generous and paired well with their HK-style milk tea. There's even a little sit in space if you want somewhere to dwell for a while.”

  “If you’re looking for a little place for lunch, this place does quick, hot and very delicious food to keep you going on your day out in bristol. lots of variety on the menu and their milk teas are delicious too. portion size was perfect and the food was very filling! rice was perfect and not too sticky and the curry was thick and had fresh veggies cooked to perfection. this is the kind of food that’s so good you’d dream about it.”

  “The food was freshly prepared, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. You can tell care goes into both the cooking and the ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal, and the service was friendly and attentive throughout. Everything arrived promptly and tasted just as good as it looked. A fantastic spot if you're looking for delicious food and a relaxed, enjoyable dining experience. I'd happily return and would definitely recommend it to others.”

  “Got an order (2 pcs) of Char Siu Bun for under five pounds. Pretty tasty, especially for the price. I only got them to go, and I can't really speak to service or atmosphere, but everything seemed fine. Were they the best char siu buns I ever had? Hardly? But it's convenient and reasonably priced. Oh, they offer other food and drink items as well. Located inside the covered market in the Corn Exchange building, so quite easy to find. So, not much to not like.”
