“If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. Went in for an acrylic nail soak off (because this is a service they offer). He proceeded to cut the tips off, I’m assuming to make the process quicker or easier, but cut my real nail too short. This caused me to bleed. He then stated the nails were too thick which had nothing to do with how they’re removed or cutting me causing me to bleed. After he saw the blood, he told me to go back to the person who did them to get them soaked off because he can not service me. Very rude & unprofessional, always changing prices, never have heat or air. I will be reporting this issue to a higher authority.”
