  “This was my first time visiting this shop, it was a man and woman working. The guy who did my fill in was extremely nice and did an excellent job on my nails. However, the lady who did my “rushed” pedicure was rough, didn’t use product on my toes during the pedicure.”

  “This has been my nail shop for the last few months never had issues with service but I went in Wednesday,11/24/21 , They did an okay job on my pedicure but it was a problem doing my nails. The one who did them really acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. The other 2 techs were not helpful in trying to find a solution or help with the language barrier between me & the one doing my nails. I should have left then but I stayed. I had rhinestones put on 2 of my fingers . I paid $106 for my nails & pedicure. Within 2 hours of leaving, rhinestones were already falling off and I noticed they are crooked. Overall it was a bad experience, and a waste of time and money. Plus they are almost never on time opening. The pictures are of my nails on today Friday,11/26/21.”

  “Covid-19 precautions were taken. Friendly service, ample parking and the wait time was consistent with the customers. Not to handicap accessible. Shining Nails is definitely my new go to spot!!!”

  “The staff in this place are ridiculously rude and unpleasant! When entering they don't greet you just immediately tell you a long wait then ask you to sit in your car! The pedicures are always bad and your nails break quickly or the acrylic …”

  “Nails kept coming up went back she redid them and next day they came back off also staff members have horrible attitudes. Won’t be going back because after I went back the 2 times 2 days later they were lifting back up . I don’t know if the acrylic is cheap or she’s not drilling them correctly but am over them.”

  “My daughter and I went and got our nails done here. Some of the nail techs were great and 1 was very mean. She did not care how we wanted our nails, she thought she could do it her way. She was very rude to my daughter, lucky I didn't snatch her off her feet. My nails were done bad, they weren't shape right, she left nail polish on my real nail and when I spotted it i told her she act like she couldn't hear me. My daughter and I had a engagement that evening and I was so upset I went back in complaining. I paid 97.00 that day for a poor unhappy job on my feet and nails. My daughter made me promise to never go back there again, so we don't. She spoke in her language to the others, and there's no telling what she was saying. Im actually glad I didn't turn my app on to understand their language. I witness her laughing at a disable young girl while doing her nails, very rude, I saw many others telling her they didn't like their nails and they wanted it done over. Maybe she was having a bad day, but one day, someone isn't gonna like the way she treats them. So I wont ever go here again, because I feel if she didn't like colored people u in the wrong business, cause we pay good money to get our nails done, cause that's just one of the things that we like. I regret getting my nails done there and paying my hard earn money to people who don't appreciate my business. Just remember your customers are the reason your business is up and running. Hopefully this can change the way she treats people, with her rude, ungrateful, and selfish self.”

  “Yo the service was excellent and it was a lot of people constantly coming in, they handled everything very professionally, and the work was to everyone liking. The guy who did my nails was really funny, and attentive.”

  “I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and ended up in blood shed! The technician drilled my skin so hard that I started to bleed then I had to ask for alcohol and the aseptic drops for sanitary purposes. I enjoyed going here but after her rude response, her speaking in her native tongue about me when she was wrong and acting as if she could careless I will not be back....”
