  “The guy that works there did my pedicure, he was very rough, did not communicate or ask if I needed my toe nails clipped & when I asked if he could ask the owner (rose) when she would be available to wax my eyebrows he replied and said “You ask her” then proceeded to ask her himself with an attitude. I told the owner (rose) how I felt while she was doing my eyebrows and she replied “Oh, sorry” and, without any remorse or compensation for the mild service he provided, brushed it off & continued to do my eyebrows. Very unsatisfied with how that interaction turned out. Overall toes were ok 3/5 stars & my eyebrows were very pretty 5/5. Customer service 2/5 (rose was really sweet overall).”

  “I made my appointment at 10am and was seated instantly. The girl who did my nails (I believe her name was Rosa, not 100% sure) was amazing, making sure she wasn’t hurting me while filing my nails down and offered me refreshments as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be going here again!”

  “My mother and sister go here and they love this place. Paradise nails does a great job on manicures and also pedicures. I will occasionally go here to get my feet cleaned. Men have to keep their appearance up too for the ladies. Friendly service and give many deals”

  “If i could leave 0 stars i would. I came here to get my nails done for my baby shower. ive been here twice before with no issues. 1. I waited 30 minutes in the pedicure chair before i had to ask how long it’d be before my pedicure started. I waited another 15 minutes before someone arrived to do my toes 2. The lady who did my feet was very nice, but could not do a simple French tip on my toes. I settled for a full white nail. Even though it’s not what i wanted. 3. When it was time for my full set i showed a picture of what i wanted - a French tip - again we ran into the same issue. but ten times worse. he put clear powder on my nails so that you could see the fake tip he added and my real nail. instead of putting a pink or nude powder like they normally do. because of that, the only french tip he could give would've been an extremely thick tip to cover . he offered no solution, and sat there huffing and puffing in annoyance as if it was my fault. i decided i would have him just paint my whole nail white like my toes. After trying to figure out different options. he refused to finish my nails at this point without me paying first. once i paid, he rushed and painted my nails and asked me to leave. i paid $100 for my baby shower nails to look like my 5 year old painted them. I am 9 months pregnant. I never yelled, raised my voice, or anything. Just HORRIBLE, rude, and a waste of money for an extremely important day”

  “I am so unhappy with my experience here. I usually go somewhere else and went here to go with a friend. It was a big mistake for me! We sat and waited for about an hour. While we waited, we witnessed an unpleasant situation where a lady getting her nails done pushed away from the table and insisted the lady doing her nails was not to touch her again. I should have known better at that point, but I stayed and then was assigned the table with the same lady to do my nails. The experience was unpleasant to say the least. She mad 2 of my quiticals bleed during my manicure. It was so painful that I literally jumped and said ouch! Literally! Well, I let her finish. I didn't get the full treatment of a manicure like my friend did (hot towel, lotion, etc), but ended up paying for it! Also, this was Saryrday around lunch and by Monday, 3 of my shellac nails had chipped. By Tuesday another 2 had chipped. And today (Wednesday) one of them had part of the polish completely come off when I scratched my arm!! AND I PAID WAY MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE. Poor quality, unfair prices, and bad customer service. NEVER AGAIN!!”
