  “Horrible job that could cause infection and they did not put the right colors on my daughter’s nails once I walked away to sit down. (Mani/ gel polish and full set w/gel polish) My daughter (6) and I went on a Saturday morning. I went to her station with her and she chose her colors, I then confirmed and reiterated with the lady who was going to do her nails. I then sat diagonally from my daughter to get my nails done. Once she was done she came to me and one color was wrong ( if they didn’t have the color they didn’t inform me or ask me about changing). Once I got to the car I noticed the tips were not attached to my natural nail 😩🥴 And my nails weren’t even straight, she didn’t not file a perfect square, as you can see it’s slanted 😩 I literally will never go back.”

  “I paid $80 for a 30 minute pedicure with gel. The tech told me the cheapest was $55 dollars. I got the pedicure before work and when I came home the gel on one toe had already lifted off. The pedicure overall was really poor. I paid the tech cash and didn't get a receipt or anything to share his name.”

  “Terrible service . I went Saturday night and my nails were not what I asked for but I was satisfied because it was so close to closing. I accepted what I got. It’s a sign that says if you pay in cash you get 5% off . They did not honor the discount. Next morning my nails are peeling. I go so they can fix it and she was first very sympathetic. Once o started questioning the nail polish and what nails needed to be fix she became argumentative . She was very rough with my hands. They fixed all but two nails . She didn’t file off the old nail polish on one and it’s obvious. She didn’t file the other one that has an lump on it . I wasn’t about keep complaining on deaf ears.”

  “This place has gone so downhill in a matter of a year. It’s been over a year and a half since the last time ive been here to get my nails done. I went yesterday, arrived around 3pm to get a pedicure and manicure. The lady at the front desk w/the glasses was on her phone, acted as if i was a bother to her that i came in. Terrible impression, she has always seem to be irritated by customers so i wasn’t too shocked. I was seated with Ricardo as my nail tech. This was my first time having him as a nail tech. In the past Kim was the only tech i really was satisfied with. So before Ricardo even touches my hands, I made sure to tell him that my natural nails curl upwards and that i wanted him to really get the acrylic to curve downwards, he reiterated what i said so i thought he took heed. Not at all, it took him literally 25 mins to finish my nails. Didn’t take his time buffing my nails, removing excess skin around the cuticles nothing. I got my pedicure, the same thing. Rushed, I paid $120 for the entire services just to get a $70 look for both my nails and toes. Neither one of them took their time, crazy thing is.. the shop was practically empty. So they very well could’ve took their time. I’ll never go back. Especially sheet specially telling them how you want things and they do it their way anyway was the straw for me. *oh yeah, i know when im being judged by how i look if im going to tip, Ricardo didn’t take his time bcuz he felt i wouldn’t tip. Don’t know about the other guy… i tipped them both $10.”

  “My experience was okay. I requested a gel manicure. My wait time wasn't bad, but I arrived early for that reason. My manicurist was knowledgeable, quick but thorough. I didn't give 4 or 5 stars because customer service could have been better and pricing.”
