  “Customer service was fine, but the pedicure itself felt rushed—I was in and out entirely too fast. The service wasn’t thorough or relaxing, which is what I expect from a pedicure. For the same price, there are plenty of other nail salons that offer a much more luxurious and enjoyable experience.”

  “They did pretty good! She did good shaping them. they are a little thick for my liking but i didn’t mention that i like them thinner when she was doing them. I feel like they were a little rough with the drill & if im paying for a soak off i want all of the old product removed, not majority of it which is what they did unfortunately. They look really good if you don’t focus super hard on them. the cuticle area is bulky & uneven in some spots. there’s some bubbles/snags in certain areas from the top coat/dip. *this is dip over my natural nail.”

  “I went in today to get a gel manicure. Was told over the phone it would be $25. The lady doing my nails (not sure her name because she didn’t say a word the whole time) rushed through the whole service. Took her maybe 10 minutes. She got the gel alllll over my skin, I asked her if she could clean it off my skin and she said “it will come off later” I got home & not even a couple hours later, was washing my hair and 4 of them have chipped completely off. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. Do not go there if you want to feel relaxed and treated.”
