  “ZAZA on Greenwich Street quickly became one of my favorite spots in New York City. I visited twice during my stay, and both experiences were consistently excellent. The food is truly delicious, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. I especially loved the Belgian waffles with fruit — they were absolutely amazing, perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, and topped with fresh, flavorful fruit that made every bite memorable. The atmosphere adds to the charm. The interior is warm, stylish, and inviting without feeling pretentious, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a meal. Whether you stop in for breakfast or brunch, it feels like a welcoming neighborhood café. Service is another highlight. Both visits, the staff was quick, attentive, and genuinely friendly. What stood out to me personally was the diversity of the team. The employees come from all over the world, creating a warm and inclusive environment. As someone who is also an immigrant, I felt a special connection and appreciation for this. It adds a meaningful human touch that you do not always find. Zaza combines great food, a lovely setting, and kind service into a place I would happily return to again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality and welcoming dining experience in NYC.”

  “It has been one of my favorite places for years, the food is generous and delicious, the wait time is reasonable or fast. The coffee is good and the personnel is very nice. They have delicious pastries and seasonal menus, so go at least once per season you will find nice surprises.”

  “This great little diner was phenomenal. Fast, friendly service and the food was soo good. The milkshake was the absolute best that I have had in a long time. The fries were crispy and everything was seasoned well. The staff checked in on us just the right amount. We were not left wanting for anything and were absolutely stuffed. I would return for the milkshake alone.”

  “Classic diner right in the heart of the financial district. To build your own bagel all the way with lox And all the fixings wasn't what was expected but delicious. Nonetheless. I enjoyed my Cabo omelette guacamole with the deep fried home fries was really good. I usually prefer griddle top home fries but this was nice too. Came with onions and peppers in them.”

  “Came over for a breakfast after going to the 9 AM Trinity Church service and was not disappointed! Service was outstanding, and our lovely waitress Cathy recommended the incredible Manhattan wrap. Kids got great chocolate chip pancakes as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!”

  “Really impressed, and I'm a breakfast diva. We waited less than 10 minutes for a table for 4 in the middle of brunch rush. The positive energy the staff brings is exactly what we needed to start a packed day of walking and sightseeing. Boozy coffee and hot chocolate for Mom and Dad, Milkshakes for the kids. Food portions were the size of a jet ski. I didn't expect there to be so many good choices for breakfast/brunch in this neighborhood, and was really pleasantly surprised. And only about 25% more than bringing the family to our townie diner at home.”

  “We had a wonderful dining experience. We started with eggs Benedict with salmon — absolutely delicious — followed by perfectly cooked fried salmon with creamy mashed potatoes. We also tried the omelets, along with coffee, lattes, and cappuccinos. Everything was exceptionally tasty. The portions are very generous — truly filling, to the point that we felt satisfied for almost the entire day. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is very clean, the water is crystal clear, and the service is impeccable. Plates are cleared promptly, even while you are still dining, without being intrusive. Overall, everything is done at a very high level. We will definitely be happy to return.”
