  “I’ve been going to Lily Nails for nearly 3 years now, and yesterday I came in for my usual services—a pedicure and full set. I had a young gentleman do my pedicure who I had never seen before. From the beginning, the service was very rough and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I was not happy with how my pedicure turned out. I had originally asked for a French tip, but he was unable to do it, so I asked him to leave it with regular polish instead. While I was getting my full set, another customer came in and complained about a pedicure she had received the day before from the same gentleman. Since I was also unhappy with my pedicure, I asked if one of my toes could be fixed. They were very understanding and offered to redo my entire pedicure. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time that same day, but I was able to come back the following day and they redid my pedicure without any hesitation or issue. I completely understand that the young gentleman may be new and still needs more practice, especially when it comes to being gentle and perfecting certain techniques. However, I really appreciate how Lily Nails handled the situation and made sure I left satisfied. Their willingness to correct the service and make things right means a lot. Overall, I’m very happy with how they handled everything, and I will definitely continue going to Lily Nails! 💅🏽❤️”

  “If i could give less stars i would. Horrible experience both times going. The guy said it just was a light color needed an extra coat, when i dont think that was the case. Ended up paying full price even when mentioning i didn’t like them in the chair and when checking out. Not impressed.”
