  “Service was great, the older lady doing my nails held conversations with me the whole time which is why I gave two stars instead of 1 but, as far as the nails itself. 3 has already popped off and today ( 29th) made a week since, I had them done! Will not be returning and don’t RECOMMEND”

  “First of all the workers there are so kind and I would give more stars but I can’t. I went in yesterday to get a fill in and on pricing it says fill ins are $10 and up. The lady started to do my nails and I asked for the shape to be changed and she said it would just cost a little extra and I said that was fine. She started to change the shape and didn’t even file all my nails down to the shape they were all bumpy in the end and I had to go home and file them for myself. I don’t know what she was doing but one of my nails started burning so bad and that’s never happened with anyone else… It didn’t bother me as much until she started painting my nails and I asked for a certain purple and she did that. Then she came up to me with sparkles and I said I was good and she grabbed my hand and said “it will be pretty” and started painting them after I clearly said I was good… finally when I was done I went to go pay and they were like “it’s $55” and I was like “$55 for this fill in” and they said yes. They over charge so much more then normally…the cost at my regular nail salon to get a full set of acrylics would cost the same. As I got home I now notice that all of my nails are bumpy looking and not the same length. They look so terrible, it looks as if a child did my nails. and I waisted my time and money please don’t go here.”

  “The owners have low standards of professionalism. I have witnessed them argue with customers when the customers told them they weren’t happy with the shape or designs. This is also a cash only place which is a little inconvenient. The only tech to me that can do nails is a younger girl named Ann. She is not very friendly but will get the job done pretty good. Overall, I won’t be visiting this salon again after going 4 times, each time witnessing sketchy things. I question their cleanliness as well.”

  “Very disappointed. I was in a Rush that day I did not have time to sit there and ask them to redo all of my fingernails or I would have the acrylic is thick around my nail cuticles they did not take the electric file underneath the nail to clean up any dripping acrylic that dried on top of that they're switching you around to multiple people the entire time you're there there's not just one person doing your feet or one person doing your nails. My daughter and I got pedicures as well and it's supposed to come with a massage my lady massage my calf muscles for a couple of seconds my daughter's didn't even attempt it and when I got home I noticed that a couple of toenails weren't even a hundred percent coated with Polish I'm pretty disappointed in the service the people here are nice people but the quality work you get in my opinion is not worth the money.”

  “They are rude, they don’t speak when you walk in. V who does the eyelashes is nice & does a great job. Everyone else sucks. Got my nails done here once & the popped right off the next week. If u need lashes come here but any other services I would not recommend.”

  “Luxury Nails is the best place to go. The customer service is great and everyone is always friendly. V does the most amazing job with eyelashes. She really takes her time and the lashes last a long time! I would recommend everyone to come here!”
