  “I went to this salon on 3/20 for a pedicure and had high hopes since I was taken in right away. Unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. I asked for acrylic on my two big toes, but it didn’t seem like the technician knew how to properly do it. During the pedicure, she skipped basic steps after lotion, she was about to start polishing without pushing back my cuticles, removing dead skin, or filing my nails. I had to stop her and ask. I also had to ask for a polish change because she applied a clear top coat over the acrylic, and you could clearly see how poorly it was done. It looked like a fake nail glued unevenly onto my natural nail, with visible glue and uneven shaping. I wanted it to look natural, but it looked the opposite. There was little to no communication during the service, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. To make things worse, one of my nails is already lifting, which is concerning. I paid $82 plus a card fee, and now I’ll likely have to spend more money to fix it. I didn’t say anything at the time because I didn’t want to make anyone feel bad, but I honestly regret not speaking up. Overall, I’m really disappointed, especially for the price.”

  “I've been coming here for 5 years.⏳️ They are very open and up front about pricing and easy to communicate what you want and don't want.🎉🎉🎉🎉 If you need something changed, they will change it without being offended. So many people are regulars at this nail Salon, that you end up running into people and get to have small little chats while you're there❣️ Also, you can order 🍵 Tealicious Boba food and drinks while you get your nails 💅 and feet done, and they will bring it to you!”
