  “I’ve been to TINTIN Nails several times over the years, and I’ve generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, my visit today was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, but the service felt rushed and careless from the beginning. The water wasn’t even comfortably warm, and nothing was added to the foot bath as I’ve experienced during previous visits. My nails were barely clipped or filed, my feet were hardly scrubbed, and the deluxe treatment was extremely messy. Products were left all over my feet, between my toes, on the backs of my legs, and even on the chair. Very little effort was made to clean everything off before moving on to the next step. When I stopped the technician and explained that something wasn’t right, he laughed instead of taking my concerns seriously. Only after I spoke up did he grab another towel and attempt to clean some of the excess product off. Even after I got home, I still found wax and other product left on my feet and skin. The polish application was also disappointing. My nails were not properly shaped, filed, or painted, and the finished result looked rushed and unprofessional. One thing that also made me uncomfortable was that the technician spoke extensively in another language during my service. While I understand people speak different languages, the timing and situation left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected, especially after I expressed concerns about the quality of my pedicure. I’ve had many professional pedicures over the years, including deluxe services, and this was unlike anything I’ve experienced. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and that I did not receive the quality of service I paid for. Sadly, because of this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope management addresses the training and professionalism of their staff so that future customers don’t have the same experience.”

  “This used to be my go to nail place. Every 3 weeks religiously. Once Kevin left, I also stopped going. I was in a pinch to be honest and gave them another try. Big mistake. 10/13 I went in for a regular fill, gel, solid color. I’m thinking an hour tops. I sat there for over two hours and my nails (who were done by a woman named Grace) were absolutely atrocious. They were not willing to help me match the color I was looking for for my nails and just kept telling me to “pick color”. I should have left then when they were getting irritated I was asking for help/opinions. My fill was so bumpy and uneven. 2 days after, my thumb just completely cracked on the bottom of my nail. I had to go to another place and pay for another fill to have them fixed. If she was new that’s fine but the others who have been there long enough were too worried about giving each other pedicures and doing each others nails then to make sure their customers are taken care of. No one should sit in that chair for 2 hours for a solid color fill. I had asked for a solid color on each finger that was very fall like and they said they don’t do that. I have had my daughter have acrylic flowers on her nails from Michael so I was confused on why each of my nails could not have been painted a solid color. There is also a very strong smell when you walk in the door that should have been my first context clue to leave. Seriously save your money and patience. Stay away!”
