  “Went to Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and I would like to commend the staff and our server on the exceptional service I received while out for dinner yesterday night. Some key details that I recall that really stood out to me: 1. The attentiveness of the staff, they were very keen to my table's body language and seemed to appear always at the perfect timing. 2. The food was PHENOMENAL, I ordered the lobster bisque and calamari, and, by far, the calamari option here is the best calamari I have ever personally had ever at any restaurant, period.(redundant yes, you have to try it). 3. Exceptional ambience which helps set the tone for easy conversation and fine dining. 4. The bread was replenished readily throughout our visit, they were very aware and were watching the table to see if we had run low and they would quickly replenish the loaf. Flemings will exceed all of your expectations.”

  “Went to Fleming’s at L.A. LIVE the other night and had a really nice dinner. The prime steak was excellent — I had the ribeye and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly right. The sides were generous and tasted homemade. The place has that classic upscale steakhouse feel, dark and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overdone. Left feeling satisfied.”

  “So, I have been here to this location three times. I’m local, live down the street. One time had an amazing experience. I wanted to make this my Friday ritual I just showed up today, and asked for an outside table like I had last week—no big deal. They acted like I was a homeless person. I just left and went to Javier’s: better service, better atmosphere, better food. I was so sad when Capital Grill left DTLA. They knew how to serve customers. Flemings—I will cheer when you go out of business!!!! I will never set foot in your place again—good luck.”

  “I sat at the bar and had a bone-in ribeye with a baked potato, along with truffle butter, herb butter, and another butter I’m not quite sure about—but all of it was excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sides were just as good, and the service was great. Overall, a really enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.”
