  “Affectionately known as "Shit Rock", this place is a decent night out for when you can't be bothered to drive to the city. It seems free to get in before 10pm and with Stars car park and Cineworld's car park being free after 6pm you have close options for free parking. I've never ate here, but it's always been a solid rock to just come to dance and burn some energy. The patrons are mixed, often on the older side, but the small dance floor and small town vibes make for some decent, if quiet, nights out. The music isn't amazing, the dance floor isn't always packed, but it's never seemingly rowdy. The only caution I would give isn't to the Nightclub itself, but patrons leaving be aware that Stars lane has people without taxi licences offering drunk women lifts home at night. It's not on the nightclubs to regulate this.”

  “These people were horrible and disgusting racist people i went to this club being the only black woman there i felt uncomfortable because of the way everyone was looking at went to the bar to get a drink the server left from the time I approached her the blonde hair manager decided to tell the young lady not to serve me and got her security to take me out the building stating it was my dress code when others were dressed the same”

  “Good old music, prices are decent. Took my drink from right next to me while I was still drinking it, tell your glass collectors to calm down, I get you want to go home but I paid for it and you weren’t closed”

  “I rarely leave reviews, but this needs to be said. This club is absolutely not safe. From the second we arrived, the bouncers were rude and aggressive — shouting at us for no reason, acting like they were looking for a fight. Completely uncalled for and honestly scary. Even worse, one of my friends had her drink spiked — and we’re pretty sure it was by someone behind the bar. It happened fast, and based on how the bar staff were behaving, we’re convinced it wasn’t just some random person. We tried to get help, and the blonde female manager couldn’t have cared less. She was dismissive, rolled her eyes, and acted like we were making a scene. No compassion, no support, no action. It felt like they were more interested in covering for each other than helping someone who could’ve been seriously harmed. If you value your safety, avoid this place. This club needs to be held accountable — starting with the bouncers, bar staff, and especially that manager.”

  “Nine of us had our Christmas meal this evening. Food was excellent, I had salmon and loads of vegetables. Very reasonably priced and good value. Service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and helpful.. Thanks, I would definitely recommend it and will be going again.”

  “Went with a big group, the bouncers were rude and unwelcoming. Inside, the bar was empty. We enjoyed ourselves until were asked to leave (despite the group being sober). Safe to say, we shall not be returning. Seems to be a bigger problem for the vastly empty bar than for us.”

  “Always have a great night in rock. Bar staff work really hard to serve quickly and friendly. Great atmosphere. Various DJs all good in particular the tall DJ his music style is the reason we come in and stay in, just struggle to get on the dance floor as it gets so rammed when he's playing 🔥🔥”
