“Went here as a group booking. They hadn't reserved the table we asked for due to having an elderly relative who needed a proper seat. They originally sat us on a bench seat which had no back and also directly under the air con. Had to go outside and wait over 30mins for a table to be free. Service and food generally ok nothing special. Personally I had the meat Franco but all you could taste was the N'duja and nothing else Also the cheesy garlic bread came with full cloves of garlic which for me I don't personally want to be eating a whole clove of garlic. However the main issue was the setting itself. Dusty, dirty, cobwebs especially over the front door which are all reachable. Also having vast amount of stock on show isn't my idea of what I want to see in a restaurant. Perhaps get yourself a store room. So overall just a bit Meh, nothing to write home about. Also veggie options very limited and wine list not great.”

“We sat outside in the picturesque setting beside the Tide Mill on the River Deben on a beautiful summer evening. The pizzas were excellent. Exactly the right proportion of base to topping and the base was well risen at the edges and remained light. Atmosphere is very relaxed you order inside and pay as you go, great way to avoid overeating! The servers were friendly and really efficient, the food came promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Had a really lovely evening.”
