Customer Review Summary
The complaints are specific. One longtime customer says orders have been read back and charged correctly but supplied incomplete, with items paid for and not received on at least three occasions. Another reviewer describes tough, tasteless chicken in the chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken balls that tasted stale, and says most of the meal went in the bin on two visits. A third reports burnt chow mein noodles and a curry with no sauce after a long wait. Happier reviewers describe walking home with enough left over for lunch the next day.

“We've frequented this place for takeaway over the years and the food is always good. Unfortunately, on a number of occasions now our takeaway order has been correctly placed, read back to us, correctly charged but not accurately supplied and on at least 3 occasions now we've been charged for items not received. For many probably an easy fix but we live 25 mins away so its always disappointing to get home and find someone is missing a dish.”
