Customer Review Summary
Reviewers come back most for the portions, which they describe as huge for the price, with a chilli, a full English breakfast and a baked potato with tuna and salad among the dishes named. Close behind is the friendly, kind staff, who several say were patient with children and went out of their way, offering a drink while a family waited for a taxi. Milkshakes and a Manchester tart get a mention as well, and one regular treats Sunday dinner as the week's highlight. One reviewer suggests asking for extra mayo on the baked potato if you like it creamy. The one clearly negative review describes a cheese and tomato panini that arrived with no tomato and on a baguette, plus a salt and pepper chicken rice box that was bland and dry enough to need added chilli sauce. Another reviewer, whose family couldn't finish a chilli, was given a free dessert.

“Absolutely fantastic service. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't do more for us. Even offered us a drink whilst we waited for our taxi. Portion sizes incredible for the price. If we didn't live so far away we would be here all of the time. Thank you so much.”

“our family went for breakfast, just thinking it was going to be the same old mundane cafe experience before i went to work, how wrong I was. our 3 children were greeted, spoken to as they were the most important (which they are) and treated like little Kings and Queen. Kelly and Ruby were amazing so lovely and what is normally a stress point in ordering with our daughter, Kelly and Ruby were very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend even if its just popping in for a coffee although they do have a tasty breakfast and lunch menu with small seating inside and out for those sunny days and I would highly recommend you try one of their delicious milkshakes”

“Its a small family run business, and it shows 😁 The staff are polite, friendly, attentive and always happy. The food looked amazing and tasted even better than that. The portion size was jaw dropping for the prices. Honestly, I was shocked at how big the sizes were compared to how small the price was. We only happened up this cafe and I am glad we did, we will be going back tomorrow to get food for our journey home. The young lad at the till, was a pleasure to meet and is a credit to the business.”
