Customer Review Summary

The complaints are few but specific. One reviewer was disappointed that a crepe sold as Nutella arrived with what tasted like a chocolate sauce and a white sauce instead. Another said bubblegum ice cream arrived melted on a plate and was unhappy with a worker's behaviour during the visit. Several mention it is a new addition to Wigan, and one reviewer who stopped in for a quick coffee before a hospital appointment praised the brisk service and a small croissant on the side.

“The staff were really friendly and welcoming, so I can’t fault the service. However, I was quite disappointed with my crepe. I ordered a “Nutella” crepe expecting it to be made with Nutella, but it came with what tasted like a chocolate sauce and a white sauce instead. Personally, if something is advertised as a Nutella crepe, I think it should actually contain Nutella. If a different hazelnut/chocolate sauce is being used, I feel it would be more accurate to advertise it as a hazelnut sauce crepe instead. It’s a shame because the staff were lovely, but unfortunately the crepe wasn’t what I was expecting from the description.”

“Had a lovely breakfast in here today with the youngest. We both went for variations of French Toast and it was very nice. Nicely decked out, staff lovely and decent value for money.”

Born from a passion for European dessert culture, we bring together the richness of Italian gelato, the elegance of French pâtisserie, and the warmth of a refined coffee house experience. Every detail is intentional. every flavor carefully composed, and every moment designed to be savored. What began in the UK has grown into a vision that extends beyond borders - a space where quality is not claimed, but experienced. From the first sip to the last bite, we don't just serve desserts... we create a feeling. At Eros, you don't just visit a cafe. You step into a world where indulgence is elevated, crafted, and remembered.”
