Customer Review Summary
Bombay Classics draws the most praise, with reviewers singling out its chicken biryani, samosa chaat and pani puri, and one calling the biryani the best in the city centre. Close behind are bubble tea from Bubble Croffle, a chicken burger with waffle fries from Big Bite, and fresh pizza from Good Time Pizza, though another reviewer found that stall's wings and pizza average. Reviewers also like the spacious indoor seating and the range of stalls to choose from. The steak stall splits opinion. One reviewer calls the steak sandwich melt in the mouth with crispy chips, while another describes the Argentinian Steak XL arriving cold, thin and hard, with a very garlicky chimichurri and an unseasoned salad, though the potatoes were excellent. One reviewer found the shakes expensive, and another reports a confrontation with the owner over outside coffee, followed by a cancelled order and a refund said to take three days. One diner recalls staff at Thai Street Kitchen offering to cook a dish even after closing.

“Went to Hello Watford Food Hall for the first time and oh my was I impressed. The quality of the food was phenomenal and I was very pleased with the service. I tried a burger from Big Bite and they were generous with the chicken size inside the burger and their waffles fries were perfect with their sauce. I would also recommend the boba from the Bubble Croffle, by preference I like the milk teas and probably one of the best tasting boba I have had yet! Would very much recommend trying out all the different stalls and It is a very nice indoor space to be able to eat the food.”

“I think I’m one of the regular customers who visits this place at least four-five times a week. So overall the atmosphere is fantastic!! I appreciate the effort that the organisers and owners did put. So I have tried food from some of these restaurants that I wanna share honest opinion with you. 1. I tried Chicken Biriyani, Samosa Chat, Dahi Fuchka, Chicken tikka wrap, mutton curry rice, chicken lollipop, chicken pakora, and Karak Chai from this one, “Bombay Classics”. Really Top Notch!! I must say that they are making best Biriyani in the city centre. Every time It tasted better than taste of Lahore to me. Overall I will give him a solid, “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)” 2. Latest addition to my list is this, “Smokey Wokey”. I tried Prawn Fried Rice, Chicken/egg noodles, and Chicken Fried Rice from this guy so many times. Absolutely, “Top quality”. It tasted so good and it was freshly cooked. Loved it. My Rating: “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)”. 3. Third one is this burger shop, “Munch Mania”. They are also offering good quality food. We had burger from them a lot of times. It always tasted good. Recommended!! My Rating: “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)”. 4. We tried mutton Biriyani and chicken fried rice from this, “Srilankan Kitchen”. Food was above average ! Price seems a little higher as compared with others out there. But overall it’s worth it. My suggestions to you guys to decrease the price of your shakes. 6/7 pounds for a shake in this food court didn’t seem okay to me. Overall Rating: My Rating: “⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)” 5. This pizza shop, “Good Time Pizza”, seemed a family business. I tried chicken wings and chips from there. Food was below average and price was a little high. I tried their pizza recently, it was average as well. My Rating: “⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)”. 6. I ordered a Lunch deal from this restaurant “Grill Porteno”. They are selling Argentine style steak there. The steak they did put in the sandwich was not up to the standard. Overall it tastes below average. My Rating: “⭐️⭐️ (2/5)”. 7. Tried few meal boxes from the Chinese restaurant just left hand side of the main entrance. Their food is average. Not so good or not so bad. My Rating: “⭐️⭐️ (2/5)”.”

“Stumbled upon this place and was happy to see the variety of cuisines on offer. The chinese place to the immediate left had friendly staff and generous portions. We were especially fond of the staff at Thai Street Kitchen, who offered to make us a dish even though they had just closed. We instead went to their sister restaurant next door, where we couldn't decide between the karaage don and the teriyaki bowl. After asking which the staff preferred, we went for the teriyaki chicken bowl, which was delicious. The custard buns and xiaolongbao from Dim Sum Daily were fresh, hot, and tasty. Will definitely be coming back!”

The venue is very spacious with plenty of seating available, making it comfortable even during busy times. The ordering system is simple and convenient — you can order from one, two, or even three different vendors. Your food is either brought directly to your table or you’re given a beeper to collect it once it’s ready. Overall, it was a great experience. The food was decent, portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.”
