  “I often visit this branch but apparently a complete order is too much to ask, nobody seems to know what a PLAIN hamburger is and nobody picks up a phone when you call the branch. The customer service is questionable quite a lot of the time. I only really use this branch because I usually order a lot of food and a car is easier.”

  “We visited here after I picked my son up from Watford train station at around 10pm Sunday evening. We went through the drive through and ordered food as he wanted to take it home. He asked for a McCrispy with bacon but no lettuce. We had driven about 2 miles away from it after getting our order and he opened his McCrispy and it had written on the box, only mayo so there was no bacon either 🤦‍♀️. Do the staff not think to themself why would a customer order and pay for a Mccrispy with bacon meal to not actually want the bacon. Honestly the mind boggles when all my son said was no lettuce in the McCrispy so the guy wrote only mayo 🤦‍♀️. What a waste of money. My food was all cold too but we had to get back home. We won't be going back there anytime soon. It wasn't even busy either.”

  “I visited recently and found the food options to be okay. The previous veggie burger was a favorite, and the current vegan option doesn't quite measure up for me. 🍔 The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. 💫 It's a comfortable spot, but I do miss some of the older menu items. 😔”

  “Never been into the branch, I always order delivery online but the order is always perfect. Typically McDonald’s food doesn’t deliver well but these guys get it right every time. Too good.”

  “The gents cubicle toilet was a mess and had no toilet paper. The disabled toilet wasn't functional either. I told a member of staff about both (and having nothing I could practically use)....and their answer was to leave 2 stacks of toilet paper by the wash basins in the gents. Not only that, but the gentleman I spoke to about it all wasn't at all apologetic, if anything he seemed annoyed that I was pointing out the state of their toilets. This store obviously doesn't value customer relations nor hygiene. I'll never eat here again.”

  “I pass here quite regularly. The services are populated by jovial continental lottery drivers in unusual footwear. McDonald's is the only place that's open until midnight. The food is, well, McDonald's. The atmosphere could be a lot better. Wiping the tables from time to time would be a start. The staff are always friendly, but seem a little overwhelmed at times. There's actually a cleaning cupboard above each tray return with a spray bottle and blue roll - DIY. You can survive it, and it's the best you'll get after 8pm.”
