  “This pub was such a wonderful surprise. We booked last minute as half our party was going on to the train station. We sat in the outside area and had the most amazing meal. It’s child and dog friendly and the other customers were really nice too and the owners were present and made us feel very welcome. We were amazed to find bunny chow on the menu iykyk and the portions were large and delicious of all our meals. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.”

  “We have moved to Watford in February and live near this pub and it has been a joy to come here. We love the fact that it’s super dog friendly and the Sunday roast is probably one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. The service is really good and friendly too.”

  “Fantastic pub , fantastic food - The Landlord Mark cooks up a storm in the Kitchen. Land Lady Sandra is always friendly and welcoming Can’t fault the pub at all - the local of the famous London marathon Runner Patrick Beatty - if you’re lucky you might catch a glimpse of him in your visit !”
