“Sadly really disappointed with today’s takeaway, arrived an hour later than expected due to apparent car break down. Completely understandable things happen, asked for a refund but insisted the food would be with us in the next 45 minutes. Got a phone call 15 minutes before expected delivery asking for me to pick it up after paying £10.50 for delivery. Food arrived 2 hours after ordering and sadly very disappointed as the meat was tough and everything that was meant to be crispy was soggy. Definitely no pride in this order after spending £70”
