Customer Review Summary

Reviewers most often point to the food, calling it the best Indian in the area. They single out chicken that was fall apart tender, and a chicken tikka bhuna, poppadoms and onion bhajis described as fresh tasting and delicious. One reviewer calls the portions good, and another says the dishes were full of flavour. Close behind is the service, described as prompt, accurate and friendly, with staff who did not rush a table. Several mention a warm welcome and lovely staff, and a few call the atmosphere brilliant or perfect. The one caveat comes from a curry club group, whose jalfrezi arrived very mild. They said it was easily fixed and that a curry house takes a few visits to learn the chef's heat. Several describe coming back soon, including one diner who visited with a partner and again days later with family, and another who has already booked a table for Christmas.

“First visit with our curry club and it was a proper decent result, as with all curry houses you have to visit a few times to understand the heat/spice of the chef, a few of us had Jalfrezi and it was very mild but easily fixed, the food was without doubt the best in the area and the chicken was absolutely fall apart tender, service was prompt and accurate. We will without doubt be returning soon. Great job team Bombay H, keep it up 👍”
