  “We've eaten from here numerous times. The burgers are nice. The service most of the time is welcoming (the odd occasion it has been off in the past - so it took a while for us to return, you need welcoming service as well as good food). Sometimes if you ask for something extra to what is on the menu the price jumps up unreasonably imo (£1 for a slice of cheese!), but as long as you ask upfront what any extras cost then you can make sure you don't get the feeling of being taken advantage of or ripped-off. Every place has different interpretations on fair pricing, so it's good to be aware upfront so you make educated decisions. Overall the food is good. I don't think we have ever had anything to grumble about regarding the food itself.”

  “Fab, fab, fab 👍 Surely Northwich's best kept secret?! Ordered from here for the 1st time last night, I chose to collect and it was ready & waiting when I arrived 10 minutes later. Great burgers, very tasty, lovely seasoned fries & generous portions. AMAZING shakes! Although they seem expensive we included them in the classis burger meal deal so it didn't end up costing loads. They are more like a dessert than a shake, I had the 'Nutty Northwich' and you could taste the fresh banana but also loads of chunks of Snickers. My son had lots of chunks of milky bar in his aswell. Very friendly staff & seemed really organised and clean. I can't comment on the delivery but I can imagine it may take a while just because they're so busy, however it would be worth the wait! We will definitely be back.”

  “I fancied a late night sweet treat and decided to try Burg N Ice. While I enjoyed what I had, I honestly do not think it was worth the money. I paid £4.50 for two donuts that turned out to be soggy and reheated. They tasted fine, but really only because they were covered in premade Oreo and white chocolate sauce. At £5.50, the milkshake was also overpriced. It was made with a cheap Mr Whippy style base, and that is all I could taste. I ordered the Ferrero Fusion, but there was no sign of banana, and I noticed only one Ferrero went in along with a flake. It feels like the shakes are made as cheaply as possible, which must bring in a huge profit, but leaves the customer shortchanged. On the positive side, one staff member was very friendly. Unfortunately, the person making everything and who took my order was blunt and came across as rude. Overall, the treats tasted fine, but with soggy reheated donuts, a weak milkshake, and unfriendly service, it was disappointing and overpriced.”
