Customer Review Summary
Generous portions are what reviewers raise most, with several calling them massive or plentiful and describing the food as hot and fresh. The salt and pepper ribs, with lots of meat on them, draw repeated praise, as do the hot and sour soup, vermicelli made extra spicy on request, and prawn balls packed with prawns. Sweet and sour, seaweed, salt and pepper chicken and a munch box also get favourable mentions. Staff are described as friendly and happy to accommodate requests, and one reviewer calls the shop spotless. Delivery is described as quick and hot even from a distance, though one reviewer says busy days can take a little while. The main complaint comes from a first-time customer who found that rice was not included with a meal and that sui mai came without a dipping sauce, both at extra cost. That customer liked the food but won't order again. Another reviewer found the salt and pepper chips lacked seasoning. Regulars mention getting complimentary prawn crackers or mini spring rolls with their orders.

“Been coming here for a while now and the standards are always high, the food is excellent with decent portion sizes, quick service and easy to use app. My go to is hot and sour soup, vermicelli Singapore, and my absolute favourite is the prawn balls juicy and packed with prawns, and we always get complimentary prawn crackers or mini spring rolls Keep up the good work guys”

“Just ordered for the first time, meal was delivered quickly but beware rice is not included when you buy a meal. Rice is extra cost, I didn’t know this. Every Chinese takeaway I have ever used always includes at least boiled rice, not this one! I also bought sui mai, usually this comes with a dipping sauce, not this takeaway, again extra cost. Positives - food was really nice. Quickly delivered. There are thousands of Chinese takeaways and small details make you go back to the same one. I won’t be ordering again.”
