  “Have to be totally honest.. never had a bad baguette from this establishment.. staff can be a little rude at times.. but all in all, very delicious food.. the Spicy American Chicken Baguette is beautiful ❤️”

  “Walked into the shop during early hours picked up an item then returned it back to the shelf and walked out then 5-6 minutes later walked back into the shop picked up selected item I wanted and then got accused of Stealing! Lady on the till was extremely rude about it to me who accused me so had a go back at them and just was unacceptable”

  “The manager nice guy but unfortunately the food is nasty and horrible I order chicken bacon sweetcorn and I got chiken sweetcorn but no bacon in it and tasty like be seating for days and the bread was like hard but paper tasty in your mouth and my cousin order chiken mayo but when she was eating we find a hair in it so we went back to shop and it was woman hair and she was lovely gave are money back for it but it’s not worth wasting your money on it”

  “This place used to be good , now it's shocking, payed over 2£ for 2 overcooked end piece slaps of chicken thrown on a baguette . Been a customer for years ,will not return as this was not the forst time this has happened recently”

  “They've been consistently serving the community for years. Baguettes are great. Paninins, though delicious, are pricier than the baguettes so you'll need 2!”

  “Wanted something different so had a look around and noticed it was clean and inviting. They have a good selection of hot and cold food. They have sandwiches, jacket potatoes, cold drinks. They also have paninis and desserts. I opted for the southern fried and lettuce chicken baguette which was nice but could be tweaked and improved. The lady was friendly and honest when asked about dietary requirements. I noticed that due to the school holidays her child was in the shop and had a football which he was kicking around outside of the shop. Not a very good impression 😕 but needs must l suppose. I have been here many years ago and it was acceptable then and things have neither worsened or improved which maybe a good thing. Overall l would recommend based on the experience, food prices when compared with other places close by and the taste and freshness of the baguette.”

  “I've had to put a star on their website to bring the website up so I can tell the General public how vile and over priced this outlet is. Called in to purchase lunch, picked up a sandwich priced at £1.80 to be told your only able to use your card for purchases over £3.00, so I changed the sandwich to a baguette, and picked up a bottle of flavoured water.. .can't remember seeing a price on the water, but when I was charged £4.20 I asked how much the water was??...its £1.40, exactly the same type of flavoured water you'd buy in a multipack from B&M for a couple of pounds for a 6xpk. The baguette was tasteless, considering it was supposed to be piri piri chicken it was vile. Needless to say I won't be going there again, and I'd suggest you don't either. Should have returned the items back to the shelve and left. I bet I don't get any response from the owners either.”

  “Rude service by the actual owners! It say's they close at 5.30pm and were not happy that i went in at 5.10pm! I had a coffee which was finished and i chucked it away in the bin which is provided to throw stuff in, the owner put me on the spot and said was it empty or full and took the cup out infront of me and went and chucked it in the public bins to save bin bags!! Then the woman was rude to give me a bag, i had ordered 2 baguettes as it was £3 limit to pay on card when i only wanted the one, they should have asked if i required a bag and i would have paid at that time. I have never been this humiliated ever!!!!! Such rude service and to think they can treat people like that is disgusting!!”

  “The manager of this shop is one of the kindest guys I've met in my life. We went in to get a baguette and a sandwich (which were yummy) and realised my mom's purse has been stolen (whilst at the market stall outside). The manager called the market security manager immediately, gave my mom a chair, a water and stayed with us until help arrived. He then checked us continually and made sure we were ok until we left. We can only say a huge thank you for your kindness and hospitality today.”

I’ve always liked it and every time I go into Walsall town centre now, il make a stop at this place. They are super nice to me. I came here a week ago with my wife...”
