  “I ordered the spicy American chicken baguette and it was amazing fresh, spicy and full of flavour, the staff were really respectful, the service was fast, and the whole place felt calm, clean and tidy, so overall I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Bauguuate World to everyone in birmingham.”

  “The food was very good, but the staff could have tried a bti more to actually attract and satisfy customers. I certainly didn't want chefs starting at me while making my food. The atmoshpehee was also not good.”

  “The baguette caused my young daughter to get the runs. There flogging old stale food in there baguettes and the baguette itself isn't cooked properly. Avoid!!!”

  “Used to be one of my favourite baguette 🥖 shops but they’ve gone downhill now. We all know prices have gone up but their £1 baguettes are £3 now which if fair enough but a bit high as tripled, however main let down is when a business compromises on quality and few years ago when they sold for a pound each the quality was better .”

  “DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a sweet chilli chicken panini, came home and ate it. I had to spit it out after chewing for a bit. The chicken was crunchy and was stale. I wouldn't risk getting anything from here.”

  “After a long time I came into town and got two paninis, very disappointed. Both burnt at the bottom, chicken not even cooked properly. Definitely won’t be back, don’t want food poisoning. Service is slow and people sitting in the back, could help the lady cooking!”

  “if I could give 0 stars I actually would. at my usual southern fried baguette and shortly after felt cramping in my stomach. it tasted stale and like it had been there for about a day. come home and I felt so sick, fast forward to the next morning I've vomited it and all my other food up with it absolutely disgusted with the standard of hygiene in there; the one by pound land is far nicer”

  “My friend and I visited Baguette World after some shopping, intending to have a quick snack. While placing my order, I made it very clear to the server that I am allergic to spice. Unfortunately, the customer service was not very attentive, but I still trusted her advice. I was told the tandoori option was “not spicy,” and was also offered chicken and mayo as an alternative. I specifically requested the chicken and mayo, yet when I arrived home and opened my order, I discovered I had been given a tandoori baguette instead. Trusting the staff’s assurance, I took a bite and immediately realized it was spicy, putting me at risk because of my allergy. This is not only careless but also highly irresponsible, as food allergies can be extremely dangerous. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning.”
