  “Absolutely disgraceful service. Ordered twice from here and had problems both times. On this occasion, my food finally arrived after a ridiculous 2½-hour wait. I repeatedly called the restaurant for an update, but nobody answered the phone. I understand delays can happen, but waiting 2½ hours with no communication and no way of contacting anyone is completely unacceptable. The food eventually arrived, but after two poor experiences, I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. Customers deserve better service and basic communication.”

  “Arshdeep served us. Lovely person, such a nice server. Need more servers like this ! Honestly a ray of sunshine. Food was lovely too, came out quick and was tasty. Definitely recommend.”

  “Great desserts, portion sizes, service and decor. We received a friendly welcome from the female staff member who prompted us to enter our car reg on the tablet to get 2 hours free parking. The restaurant is super clean and smells lovely. There is a vast menu with options to suit everyone. 10% off with a blue light card too which is a bonus. A great dessert place overall which I'd definitely visit again.”

  “The place is lovely and clean with plenty of parking, although it can be busy at times. I had the strawberry pancake stack, and boy, that was amazing for only £7.95. The staff were lovely, and I will certainly be going back.”

  “Seriously Unbelievable- me and my best friend were walking past and decided to pop in to get a sweet treat to go. The resturant is decorated very elegantly unlike a lot of these dessert restaurants. The young man who seated us and talked to us about the menu was charming and polite. He was happy to answer any questions we had. They have a large extensive menu and me and my friend decided to try some deserts we had never tried. I tried the Monkey Cake and she had a Croffle with white chocolate and raspberry! Both were absolutely stunning and delicious. I would highly recommend this business. Welldone to everyone who works here.”

  “Came for some late night dessert and did not disappoint, food wise. The waffles were fresh and tasty with white chocolate sauce, pistachio sauce and some ice cream. Also ordered a lotus biscoff cookie dough, which was piping hot, melt in the mouth and so delicious. I have to say that the milkshakes on the other hand was really disappointing, please make your milkshakes taste better than just bland flavours. Will definitely come back for waffles and cookie dough again but skip the milkshake.”

  “I have to say before i review that they had a 50% off brunch menu and i have to take that into account whilst writing this review. When we arrived we expected the place to be very busy as they didn’t pick our call up when we tried to call and book but upon arrival it did not look that busy with many tables empty. We noticed the place looked short staffed as one guy behind the counter seemed to be making everything and one girl was taking bookings/seating customers and even serving. When we were eventually sat down, we ordered, we noticed how slow the service was. We must have waited over half hour for food, again i know that isn’t a long time in restaurant terms but for breakfast items? If it was 50% off surely the management would employ extra staff? I cannot imagine how slow it would have been if the place was full. The food it self was ok, the full breakfast looked like half breakfast. The Shakshuka was tasty with a good amount of spicy kick but the egg in it had sadly been over cooked. The lamb bacon was chewy, alot of items were out of stock etc. In all honesty there are better brunches out there for the price point and for £12 full price for full english, i don’t think i will return for brunch anyway. It’s a good concept sadly lacking execution, this review is purely on brunch and service. The staff were nice and polite, i cannot stress that enough. The place is clean and maintained but the brunch is not quite there.”
