About Fuzzy ED's Fun House
Fuzzy ED's Fun House is a family restaurant on Stephenson Ave in Walsall, built around a soft play area with slides, a ball pool, and climbing activities, alongside a separate social area for adults. A bar in the play room serves hot and cold drinks and snacks, so parents can watch from the adult area while children play. The room is available for private hire for parties and events, with food service including jugs of juice for guests. High chairs are set out for families with young children, and a step-free, wheelchair-accessible entrance suits visitors with mobility needs. Outdoor seating is available for those who want to eat outside. The restaurant opens daily, and reservations are recommended. An electric access gate controls entry and exit to the building.

Customer Review Summary
The soft play area itself draws most families back, with slides, a ball pool, and climbing activities repeatedly praised as a way for kids to burn off energy, and several parents note staff going out of their way during birthday parties, keeping jugs of juice topped up and handling every request promptly. Food comes up often too, with some calling it fabulous and describing kids eating full plates, though others found it inconsistent or simply not that good. A recurring complaint centers on the state of the facilities: multiple reviewers describe the play area as smelling, dusty, or in need of a refurb, with one calling it in need of deep cleaning, while others found it clean on the day of their visit. One reviewer also reports being turned away before the posted closing time despite arriving well within advertised hours. Even amid these complaints, several reviewers single out particular staff members for keeping the space calm and making sure children were, in one parent's words, safe, happy, and included throughout their visit.

“We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here today and can’t shout out the staff and the venue enough for making it such an easy and stress free experience!! Aimee and Charlotte were so fabulous and couldn’t do enough for us! Every query or request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The food was fabulous and the jugs of juice were topped up throughout our party! All of the children had a fabulous time!! Thank you so much for such an excellent day!”

“Celebrated my daughters birthday here with a few friends....not an official party. Children had fun, the facilities are ok could do with a little updating. However, the service we received from staff in the play area in particular Charlotte was excellent. She was helpful and very accommodating. Great place to let kids blow off some steam. We also ordered food to this area. Which came fairly quickly.”

“Even though it was advertised to be open until 7.45pm, when we arrived at 6.10pm, we we were informed by the attendant and I quote "I am closed now"”

“We had such a lovely experience at soft play, and I just had to share how amazing Charlotte is 💫 From the moment we arrived, she was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She made the children feel comfortable straight away, keeping a close eye on everything while still making it fun and relaxed. It’s not easy managing a busy soft play, but Charlotte does it with such calm confidence and a smile on her face the whole time. She really goes the extra mile, making sure everyone is safe, happy, and included — and it honestly makes all the difference as a parent. Thank you, Charlotte, for being such a star 🌟 You’re a real credit to the team!”
