Only went into see what they have available didn't get a smile just got a what can I get you, I asked if they have anything hot, his response it's all cold that's a fridge And that's it no offer of alternative or mention anything else they have to offer, not even a hot drinks mention I felt like I walked into a strangers house, felt so unwelcome.”
