  “I went to this Starbucks for coffee, when we got the coffee we went to add some sugar in but when we went to get the sugar, there were lots of plates untouched so we had to mix the sugar next to the bin.”

  “Normally come here often In the evenings but never felt so rushed by the barista who was taking our order I believe her name was Seren we then had to add onto our order at the till because she was rushing us so much.”

  “My friend got me a small ice chain latte where I asked for light ice- (this means less ice the usual) Why did I get more ice that you would get if you didn’t instruct to put less ice. I’ve stopped going to Starbucks for this reason (I used to be a gold Starbucks memeber) they always mess up the order. For £4.99 this not worth it.”

  “The staff in this Starbucks need to be retrained on their customer service that’s including manners and making the drinks wise….think the guys name is Fenton never smiles when serving has made my drink wrong in past when asked to correct had a whole face on and today he made it and the drink was absolutely disgusting I should have realised the first time he did that to be honest to not go again…very unprofessional rude staff!Like if you don’t have social skills don’t work in a coffee shop out of all places!”

  “Been here many times over the last 5 years. Used to be quite good, but now they always seem to be out of stuff. Sometimes when ordering through the app they'll tell you something's out of stock, you'll make a second choice that goes through, then get told at the till that's not available either. I only still come here because I have a teenage daughter who's into all that kind of thing. I get much better coffee at home anyway, so I usually try for matcha drinks here when available. If you turn up later than 9am on a weekday, you'll find a lot of the seating taken up by remote workers and their laptops, so I tend to aim for before then if I'm sitting in. There is a drive-thru which I'm yet to use.”

  “Very good coffee and the lemon muffin was fine. Very experienced and welcoming staff BUT, it’s not a relaxing place to be. Fortunately it’s a nice warm day, I’ve been here before on a cold day and I didn’t take my coat off.”

  “Drive thru is open, great service and there is a car park. At the moment you can't sit inside (covid) Update: you can go inside now, free WiFi and there are toilets for public use (these were closed during covid). Drinks were made very quickly.”
