  “Ordered for a collection when they opened and expected a call or even a text to say it had been finished in case it was just sat there but that never happened. picked up the food and ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 kebab wrap and mozzarella sticks. the mozzarella sticks were absolutely DELICIOUS so thank you. however. the pizza was absolutely COVERED in grease and no matter how many times i would pat it down with tissue there would still somehow be more on there. The bottom of the pizza box had been soaked through due to this grease. The pizza knocked me sick purely to the amount of grease that was on there.”

  “I’ve ordered from this takeaway many times and usually really enjoy the food, especially because the prices are great. This time, the Margherita pizza was spot on – perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and genuinely delicious. The garlic sauce and chips were also excellent, cooked to perfection and exactly what you want from a good takeaway. However, the wraps were a real letdown on this order. I ordered a kebab wrap and a chicken tikka wrap, both with sauce added through the website, but neither actually had the sauce inside. I had to unwrap them myself just to add it, which took away from the experience. The wraps themselves are too small for the amount of filling, which makes them awkward to eat, and the salad-to-meat ratio is way off. I usually love pickled salad, but there was so much of it that it overpowered the meat completely. As a regular customer, it’s disappointing because I know they can do better. A few small changes – checking sauce orders, adjusting the wrap size, and balancing the fillings – would make a huge difference and probably bring in even more regulars.”

  “Having had some good experiences at this shop and used a lot, tonight this was not the case. Missing items and burnt pizza, squashed boxes of chips and below expected standard of customer service. I was a frequent customer but I will never use this place again.”

  “Ordered from Mr B’s on Uber. We had no contact for over 30 minutes after our delivery was due to arrive. When we phoned they said they did not deliver to our area. They said they had tried to call (no missed calls or messages through Uber) and that we had to cancel the order. They were rude on the phone. We had to contact Uber Support to cancel our order and they did not answer multiple calls from Uber.”

  “Ordered for collection at 8.05 and collected at 8.30 chips and cheese was rubbery and tasted powdery. When I rang to complain over the phone the woman was quite rude and claimed that I waited 25 minutes to collect however when ordering for collection I’d expect 20-30 minutes to be the average time for pickup and so the food should not have been rubbery by time I’d picked it up. So clearly a food quality issue. I was unable to eat majority of the food due to this and will not be ordering again.”

  “Ordered a meal for my family we spent over £40 asked for a free pizza which is in the offer and did not receive. (Not in conjunction with any other offers I understand) Full price for most items equal to £26.? Free pizza is spend £17 or more? Call the restaurant and the lady who answered. Very rude and didn't give a toss. Her response was even if you spend £100 you won't get one. Customer service is rubbish and staff are rude and must hate there job. Why accept the order in the first place if you can NOT deliver what's on the order? This was clearly stated on the notes on Just Eat! In the future It will be best that you read the customers request before accepting the order. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! (DUE TO ATTITUDE ON PHONE)”
