“This place is a real find. The premises look like they haven't changed much since the 1980's but look past that. The staff are warm and friendly - a bit like pub staff from the 1980s - this is a good thing! They are welcoming, helpful and prepared to have a chat. The food is Amazing! An extensive menu that delivers huge portions of delicious food. Everyone at the table enjoyed every mouthful of their meal. Would happily return, once we have walked off the food from the last visit.”

“Just WOW! Came in for lunch with my Mum and young baby. Warm greeting from the Landlord and Landlady, nothing was too much trouble. Loads of options for just £10, lasagne, sausage and mash, pizza etc. we opted for the ploughman’s and it was HUGE, two choices of savoury from a long list for just £13,95. Such a clean and tidy pub. I wish them all the luck!”
