“We had such an amazing experience at Fat Crab! The food was absolutely on point — fresh, delicious and full of flavour. We genuinely enjoyed every bite! 🦀😍 But I have to give a special shoutout to the lovely lady serving us. She was working on her own and was clearly under a lot of pressure, especially having to deal with some really difficult customers. Despite this, she remained incredibly calm, patient and professional throughout. She handled everything with such grace and never let the pressure affect the service she gave. Honestly, she deserves a raise! 👏🏼❤️ Staff like her make such a difference and deserve to be recognised for their hard work. Amazing food, great service and a lovely experience overall. “The food was great; however, my experience regarding the restaurant’s policy on outside drinks was extremely disappointing. As I am pregnant, I wanted to have a specific cold beverage that was not available for purchase at the restaurant. I was informed that, despite being pregnant, I was not permitted to have the drink inside the restaurant or place it on the table. As the drink could not fit inside my small bag, I was asked to place it on the floor, which I did. I found this situation particularly disappointing because pregnancy and maternity are protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, and businesses have responsibilities to ensure that pregnant customers are not placed at an unnecessary disadvantage because of their pregnancy. The young manager appeared to have limited understanding of the relevant UK laws and protections relating to pregnancy and maternity. I would strongly recommend that the management team receive further training in this area to ensure that staff understand their legal responsibilities and are able to deal with pregnant customers appropriately and sensitively. Whilst the food itself was enjoyable, the way this situation was handled significantly affected my overall experience.”

“We managed to time it on a weekday, otherwise it is extremely busy and Naied booking. Stanley flavour of seafood.. Slightly pricey but well worth it in comparison to Restaurant. Always add the extras within the main bag it taste so much nicer..”

“The crab was very nice and large potion sizes. The sauce compliment it well. Only issue to raise the actual meat of the snow crab wasn't flavoured but can dip that I'm the sauce”
