  “My sister and I have been meaning to go to Dal Barista for a while, as it had been recommended by a few people. Finally made it there Sunday afternoon (just dropped in late afternoon and was quiet then) and we had a fantastic meal. Pericle, the owner, explained a number of Sardinian special dishes that were on the menu and we could not resist. Had a starter of Broad beans and rustic garlic bread and olive oils drizzled over them. Gorgeous. Then we shared 2 pasta dishes - so full of flavour - one with a lovely taste of fennel. Great background music and lovely setting. Pericle was passionate about Sardinian, authentic Italian food and made us feel very welcome. Very good value and will definitely be returning.”

  “This little hidden away restaurant is a great place to stop for an arrangement of dishes and drinks. It’s a small shop, so service is limited to two people- keep that in mind, as it’s not fast food. Great atmosphere, music, comfortable chairs and temperature. Food was great, slightly charred but still delicious and filling. Definitely would recommend when looking for a place in Stockport, and I would come back here.”

  “A lovely little Italian cafe and restaurant nestled away in the heart of the underbanks. The large English breakfast is fantastic and great value for money too. The staff were exceptionally friendly too and very accommodating, so well worth a visit. What a little hideaway indeed!”

  “My new favourite breakfast place!!! The breakfast has a bit of salad along with it and actually makes it refreshing, I like it cooked well done and crispy and it was cooked to perfection. Even the beans had a touch of fresh herbs mixed into them. It's a proper little restaurant with way more choices other than breakfast. There's lots of seating and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The coffee is good quality and perked me for the whole day. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality. Definitely worth 5 stars 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞”
