  “We absolutely love Berretto lounge and the staff there, we couldn’t ask for a better experience every time we visit lotte always goes above and beyond for our son making sure he’s comfortable and has a little dinosaur play area ready for when we arrive, she always makes sure we are settled in and happy with everything, she’s an absolute credit to your company and so is pippa. The staff definitely make our experience even better every time also the food is amazing too which is a bonus, thankyou for another amazing visit”

  “Here right now on a very busy Saturday evening but the staff have all been epic and the vibe is wonderful. Considering how busy it is, the fod came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Lottie was particularly amazing and made us so welcome. Hope to be back soon!”

  “I had a lovely gluten freevbig veggie breakfast. We keep returning to lounges: they have a big gluten free menu, they always seem knowleadgable about coeliac, the gluten free dishes come marked with a little flag, and the food is nice.”

  “I've been in here maybe a dozen times, over the last couple of years. Up until today the service and food has been fine. However, we ordered X3 breakfasts, and the food really was a let down. Our bacon, on all 3 plates were burnt black. We looked at one another in disbelief, I actually mean black. Anyway, after a nervous laugh, we continued to eat the rest of the breakfast, which was actually okay. When the same table hand returned, and asked if everything was okay, it was too much to expect my sister to explain the problem. The table hand, offered to replace the bacon, but we declined. As far as we were concerned, the damage was done, it's not like the problem being temperature or taste related, it was obvious and staring you in the face. Never ever again!!”

  “I come to Berretto lounge and it’s genuinely one of my favorite restaurants in the area! I recommend it to everyone I know! I’ve been served by Pippa and I always see her working hard, very pleasant and definitely an asset to the company! The only thing I’d say is recently I noticed they removed their tipping service which saddens me as a customer service worker myself! I know how hard these people work and they’re all so lovely and the tipping system is a helpful way to reward them for their hard work! Please bring it back! 🤍🥰”

  “Beretto Lounge is one of my favourite Lounges locally, it’s in the town centre of Stockport in Redrock, with plenty of cheap parking nearby within the NCP Car Park. The interior has the usual vibe I’m used to from Loungers with a modern twist. I love the large windows which let in the natural daylight, combined with the artwork and mismatched chairs. I’ve visited here a couple of times lately, and the food is usually pretty good. On my first visit, I went for the Spicy Diablo Burger and was disappointed because it was overcooked, but the staff were polite and understanding and refunded me after I let them know I didn’t enjoy it and was unable to eat most of the burger. More recently, I’ve gone for the brunch options and really enjoyed them, including the Gluten-Free Breakfast Muffin and Gluten-Free Big Lounge Breakfast. Everything has been hot and super tasty. I would like to see a better choice for the gluten-free bread, though. I’m not a big fan of seeded bread, which was used for breakfast, and the muffin tasted overcooked, like the one they used for burgers. The Iced French Vanilla Latte is also pretty good and a great accompaniment to the brunch! Prices are reasonable and slightly cheaper than some other Lounges nearby, including those closer to Manchester city centre. All in all, it’s a good Lounge which is easy to get to via car or public transportation with friendly service and the usual vibes and awesome gluten-free choices I like, and I look forward to returning here.”

  “Terrible food, great customer service. Over priced, small portions & poor quality ingredients. My parents both ordered the super grain salad , which they had to send back to the kitchen as the salad was anything but fresh! My halloumi mezze bowl was tiny and had a whole red onion in it that looked like it been chopped by a 2 year old. My partner said his burger was ok but the accompanying coleslaw and portion of fries that came with it were tiny. In fairness to the venue they did replace my parents meals and give a free dessert and didn't charge them for their mains so credit for that but that level of customer service doesn't excuse terrible food especially as it was my Dad's birthday meal. Unfortunately my meal gave me negative repercussions that hit over night/this morning. 💩 Having read through reviews left by other customers I can see that this has also happened to numerous other people. I hate leaving bad reviews for venues but please don't bother going to this bar for food!! It looks like the 5* reviews are AI generated.”

  “The huge menu is confusing in it's cooking styles, American, Malaysian, Mexican etc so not really sure what it is meant to specialise in and the menu does not differ from branch to branch. Came here with a friend at the weekend and did not have a particularly good experience. It was busy and we waited ages for a table. My toastie was fine but her lounge eggs were like rubber. She did get them changed after a long wait but poached eggs should be runny, unless this is the way this company cook them because I had same problem with my eggs in the Lytham branch. What I didn't like was the way they allowed a dog at the next table to sit on the chair. Appreciate it is a dog friendly place but dogs should not be allowed on the furniture. Would not rush back.”
