Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly staff, with several calling them lovely and welcoming, and a few who have come for years say service is always prompt as conditions allow. Among the food, one reviewer calls the burger and the full English breakfast exceptional, another found the food freshly made and great value, and a third praises a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and a latte. The main complaint is the wait. Two reviewers describe a very long delay for food even though the place was not full. One of them got an omelette and an all day breakfast and found them bang average. The other waited for a small salad with houmous and a pitta cut into quarters and thought it poor value. Both still called the staff pleasant. One regular recalls staff who happily chatted with customers dining alone and who looked out for her mum when she lunched there every day for years.

“After waiting a while to have our order taken we got an omelette and an all day breakfast and some soft drinks. It took 45 minutes to get the food despite the place being like 60% full. Food was bang average and we spent £26. Not worth it and the service although pleasant enough was sloppy.”
