The service, atmosphere, food, and shisha were all excellent, but a special mention has to go to Lolo, who has been part of the Sahara Lounge team for an incredible 5 years. Lolo is truly amazing at what she does. She always puts customers first and provides service with a genuine smile every single time. Her talent extends across customer service, shisha servicing, and food, making her a truly multi-talented member of the team. The fact that Lolo has been with Sahara Lounge for 5 years is a real testament to her loyalty, dedication, and commitment to her role. She is clearly an asset to Sahara Lounge and someone who goes above and beyond to make sure customers have an outstanding experience. Thank you, Lolo, for everything you do!   “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lulu was absolutely amazing! She gave us excellent service from start to finish — very friendly, polite and always checking that everything was perfect. She made us feel really welcome and looked after us throughout the evening. The shisha was great too. Lulu is a credit to Shara Lounge and deserves recognition for her brilliant customer service. Definitely 5-star service! ❤️👏”

  “Sahara is my go to local for great food and shisha. The service is always excellent, and the food and shisha are even better! The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Lolo, who makes the best Oreo milkshakes and always welcomes us with a smile and a lovely chat. Would definitely recommend Sahara if you’re looking for great food, shisha, and genuinely friendly service!”

  “My family and I love the food we have had in the restaurant and as takeaway. We have not tried many dishes though as we have our firm favourites that we turn to on most visits. :-) This is the first place we turn to when we wish to eat as a family for special occasions. We try to aim for quiet times as the food is prepared freshly and therefore if one goes at a busy time they will have to wait a while to get their food, understandable in the circumstances.”

  “Lovely place to come and chill, socialise or work and read quietly. The staff are very attentive. Usama in particular gives exceptional customer service. Security guard Ali always ensures I’m comfortable and has a good giggle with me everytime. Very personable service.”

  “I’ve been on Friday to Sahara lounge, it was a very busy day with no spaces left, was fully booked. Misha and Faisal managed to arrange a table for us without a previous booking. I can say the food was amazing, the atmosphere was also great, the staff in general were wonderful. I will definitely go back to Sahara lounge again. Thank you Misha and Faisal.”

  “Absolutely shocking experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt pressured into ordering shisha, despite the majority of our group not wanting to smoke. It seemed as though purchasing shisha was more important to them than providing good customer service. The food service was even worse. We ordered both starters and mains and waited 30 minutes before asking for an update. We were told our food would be with us in just a few minutes. Another 30 minutes passed, and only then did a waitress come over to tell us that they had run out of the dishes we had ordered and that we would need to choose something else. By this point, none of our starters had even arrived. What is completely unacceptable is that it took them over an hour to inform us that the food we ordered was unavailable. No apology, no proactive communication, and no effort to resolve the situation. We were simply left sitting there wasting our time. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have had. Poor service, poor communication, and a complete lack of consideration for customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you enjoy being pressured into ordering shisha and spending over an hour waiting for food that never arrives.”

  “I had a great experience at Sahara for lunch and shisha. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind. The shisha was smooth, lasted well, and had excellent flavor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for good food, quality shisha, and a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
